Purchased the food sensitivity test. And I had nooo idea I had a huge sensitivity to eggwhites or chicken! Totally thought it was sugar and wheat/gluten. Was very enlightening and plan on starting the elimination diet to see how I feel after eliminating a few things from my diet. Plan on trying the allergy test one next!

I've wondered about potential food sensitivities for a long time because no matter what I seemed to try, not much changed. Great. It should things i knew i was already sentivite too but then things that i didn't know I was senitive to and since I started cutting the new things out I am feeling better and less bloated. I will be reccomending this to my family and friends. I already told my sister to give it a try.

I have been experiencing GI issues for the past decade and have tried everything the internet/doctors/friends suggest including a low FodMap diet. And I still experienced the same issues every single day. Finding out what my food intolerance are opened my eyes and really connected the dots. So far, using my "abnormal food list" as my elimination diet has helped alleviate some of the GI distress I have been living with. I have a GI appointment coming up later this month to determine any internal cause (s) to my distress, but I can positively say having results from this test has already improved my daily functioning. And best of all, I can print off my results and bring it to my next GI appointment. Everything was easy from the ordering process to the sample collection and results. I appreciated the text updates to each step of the process. The next test I'm going to do is the Thyroid test since thyroid issues run in my family.

I like the product but feel like it's very limited. I eat many more foods on a regular basis than are on this list and have been said to cause gastrointestinal issues, such as beans, soy, etc. I was impressed by the ease and timeliness of the test itself but disappointed that there weren't more relevant foods on the list.

So simple and easy. Clear directions in the test kit. Speedy turnaround for the process. And a fantastic dashboard that clearly displays results and provides additional context and information. Ive had stomach issues for awhile and couldnt pinpoint the culprit through traditional elimination diets. This test revealed my extreme sensitivity to malt, which has been so helpful. Now I finally know how to adjust my diet!

I have always been wondering how certain foods have affected me...here is the gateway to find out! It's simple and easy to complete the sample. The results are very detailed and categorized from high to low sensitivity so it is very easy to follow. It does, however, take a bit longer to get your results back compared to some of the other tests I have taken BUT they do warn you about this ahead of time due to a high demand.

Used the food sensitivity test to determine some recent health issues. Wasn't surprised by cows milk but was very surprised by egg whites! So I'll make more changes to my diet! The kit came quickly, and instructions were easy to follow. As another reviewer commented, many of the foods that came up were foods I have eaten recently. They were all in the Low or Mild Reactivity Sections which is a good thing, but now I feel like I need to find more answers for my health issues. I thought I purchased an all inclusive food sensitivity test, but after I took it, the company tried to upsell me to get the other test to test 88 more foods... I wish they did it all at once. Overall, it was ok. Instead of having answers, I feel like I have more questions. But I guess that's just the health journey I'm on right now.

I knew I was having food issues, but I couldn't figure out what to avoid. My test results confirmed foods that I knew to avoid and added some off the wall foods that I had no idea I shouldn't be eating. I haven't had hives again since I quit eating all of the foods that popped up on the test. Extremely happy about that!
