Since a lot of my offending foods make up cakes, cookies and ice cream. I am hopeful that I will break my weight loss resistance by eliminating these foods. Here's hoping my Major gut problems probably caused by these food allergies will be greatly helped.

The kit came quickly, and instructions were easy to follow. As another reviewer commented, many of the foods that came up were foods I have eaten recently. They were all in the Low or Mild Reactivity Sections which is a good thing, but now I feel like I need to find more answers for my health issues. I thought I purchased an all inclusive food sensitivity test, but after I took it, the company tried to upsell me to get the other test to test 88 more foods... I wish they did it all at once. Overall, it was ok. Instead of having answers, I feel like I have more questions. But I guess that's just the health journey I'm on right now.

I loved this test. It was very easy and the instructions were very straight forward. I also love the way they show you your test results. They go in depth about the foods you are sensitive to and where you would come into contact with them. Highly recommend this test.

After limiting wheat products for years, my stomach aches and migraines came back. I didn't even know where to start with elimination diet. I suspected soy, coffee, corn or even yeast. I would have eliminated all the wrong things. I was surprised by finding out my two strongest reactions were egg whites and almonds. I drink almond milk daily and eat eggs every morning. On day 2 of eliminating both, I can already notice reduced bloating and stomach pain. I just never suspected either. I was also happy to see that wheat and gluten had very low reactivity. It implies that I'm managing that very well. I do cheat once in a while, so clearly once in a great while is going to be OK for me. These are not actual allergies. Just managing discomfort.

I was given this kit as a gift. For the last 9 or 10 months I have been on gluten-free, sugar free, keto diet. My results were interesting . I was only mildly reactive to anything and those were all the things I eat right now, almonds, coconut, egg whites, etc. Nothing that I have had problems with in the past, corn, wheat, tomatoes showed above the lowest level of reactivity. I didn't feel I really gained any helpful information from this test.

Clear, straightforward results with option to download lab results to bring to your regular physician or allergist. I wish the price were more affordable, but the easy to use kit and easy to read results made the hefty price more bearable.

Testing was easy with results very fast after receipt by the lab. Explanations and color charts are easy to read and understand. Most of the results for with what I expected but a couple were surprises. Will investigate further. Good tool for understanding!

I have been struggling lately and searching for answers. I couldn't figure out why was so bloated and uncomfortable. I had been eating so many delicious farm fresh eggs and wondered if they were causing a problem (was told I was allergic as a kid). After the test, I now know that I'm sensitive to eggs. I'm sad, but at least I know.

Easy to take the test, I received results back in the time I was told. So helpful to learn my sensitivity to things I would never have thought to look into! I would have liked a more detailed recommendation of next steps or diet changes, but otherwise clear to understand.
