The circles are pretty wide and it doesn't take just one drop per circle. My finger was still sore after doing it. It was worth it though. Fast and accurate results! I would do it again but would dread the blood taking part.

The ratings could be better clarified. In addition maybe add information regarding the consumption of multiple foods with a severity level may increase overall severity if this is the case?

I always knew that certain foods didn't make me feel "great." But the Food Sensitivity test has now given me a name for those foods! I can now pinpoint what is making my stomach hurt or making me feel nauseated.

This test was eye opening and a great way to learn for sure which foods were upsetting my stomach. I have already ordered different tests. Very pleased!
