This product was very simple to use and review results. The instructions were clear and allowed me to easily take advantage of the product. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in their allergies.

I was surprised by what come up on my test. Foods I eat every day that could be causing my health issues. Only down side was the amount of time it took for my test to arrive. Three weeks.

I was having a sensitivity to a food and the test was able to find the food and I stopped eating it and it really helped my body. It was Yogurt! Iv would have never guessed and I was eating it when my stomach did not feel well.

I received very helpful information from the test, so I am very satisfied with that. I should have done a better job of warming up my hands, as the instructions said to do.

I plan to use this information to begin an elimination diet of food allergies and was very surprised by the results. I'm hopeful this will help with my physical health and well-being.

I found that 2 things I was consuming daily were in my top 3 of sensitivities! After eliminating these from my diet for just 3 days I saw results on my facial redness and in the inflammation in my chest.

I bought this test to determine if I would have a bad reaction to any of the foods they tested. Turned out just in the mild to low catagory on all tested. No real red flags!

Increased my awareness of certain foods. Felt it was odd that I was reactive to pretty much everything. Hard to eliminate things when it is the entirety of your diet.
