Fast results. I was disappointed because I have GI issues and thought this would help explain it. It didn't. Seems somewhat generic. However, if you have strong food sensitivities it might help. Cost seems high to me.

I thought this was a great product. Although I was hoping to get more information than I did I would still recommend it. I thought I was going to have more food sensitivities.

The test was easy to use, once I got over the paralyzing fear of using the lancet on myself. The results were easy to read and I'm interested to see if eliminating or reducing my primary offenders will make a noticeable difference.

My husband took this test. The results were interesting and will help us refine his diet. However, there are so many foods that we eat regularly that were not on the test - legumes, pecans, cherries.
