Turns out that a lot of the foods tested were foods I rarely eat, if ever. It was a good cross section of foods for a typical American diet, I just don't eat meat, dairy etc...

The test was accurate as to things I know irritate my stomach which proves to my friends I'm not crazy. And the proof helps me avoid other foods that likely cause reactions.
