It shows many of the foods to which I have a low to medium sensitivity. It doesn't show many food in the high sensitivity category though. That information helps.

The test was easy to take and the turnaround very quick. It would be nice to know what the actual ranges are for each category(mild, moderate, high). I didn't have any high sensitivities but I have no idea what the range is of a food that is.

Yes, I'm glad I spent the money to view my food sensitivities, my only wish is for you to re-format the results so that I can print my results on a single page or maybe two to make it easier to show and discuss them with family and friends
