I have been diagnosed with Gluten intolerance but found discomfort when I was staying away from gluten. This test helped me understand that I am also sensitive to dairy. Living so much better now.

This is great idea. But really I was just left by feeling depressed. It would be great to have a list of foods I can eat with the ones I can not. My list of cannots just felt too overwhelming. Thanks

The results were very vague. 81 things came up mildly allergic. What does that even mean? Do I just stop eating? There should be more information about the results and what the implications are. I had nothing that I was highly allergic to.
