I have struggled with ibs and stomach issues for a long time. With this test, I have hope again that I can narrow down some of my problem foods. Great service. I may do the more extensive food sensitivity test in the future if this helps.

Did not realize what was measured were IgG, not IgE, which I wanted. Plus was already off wheat, dairy & eggs so of course only learned of other food. My mistake.

It's great to know how different foods effect your body, but if you don't have any major food sensitivity then you feel like you didn't get any results. I only had 1 moderate reactivity- that's a good thing, but I was hoping to find out more

Nothing in the moderate or high foods- only 21 in the low. I wish it tested more foods. Foods that I eat everyday were not on the list but some were. Good to know..
