Really easy but not sure how accurate given I have severe digestive issues and am on a strict FODMAP diet but a lot of those foods didn't show as sensitivities.

The test was simple to complete. The results were lightning fast. I showed them to an allergy specialist and received positive feedback. I am now set up for additional testing to address the most likely culprits to my problematic symptoms.

I am using the product as a guide for an elimination diet, to know how far to go into the affair. It also has me thinking about consulting a nutritionist to support the elimination diet.

I didn't learn anything new. I cut out dairy years ago to help with sinusitis. I've started feeling bad again & was hoping I would learn more from this test.
