The test was hard to decipher and didn't show what i was looking for. Food sensitivities are a hard thing and I was expecting more answers for what I got. A little frustrated about the answers.

The food sensitivity test was somewhat surprising but certainly interesting. I have a medium sensitivity to a some of the foods I often eat and perhaps I will cut down. Mainly, I was happy to know that gluten is not an issue.

Totally surprised at the sensitivity results, none of the foods that I suspected. I have eliminated one of the foods on the list and I feel like it has made a difference.

I was suspicious of milk issues and sure enough, I tested very high for milk, cheese, and yogurt (and eggs too). I have started eliminating them from my diet and have noticed improvements in stomach discomfort and related issues. Thanks Everlywell!
