The instructions for the test were easy, I received the results in the same week that shipped it back. The results were very informative and helped me pinpoint the foods that were causing me issues. I was surprised with several of the foods.

Tried giving this to my doctor, and she had no clue what to do with it. Some things on my results were a surprise, adn clashed with other tests I had done recently at a lab. Might be good to get a base guideline if you are stumped.

It does hurt a little when you stick your finger with the lancet, but definitely prefer this over having to sit in Doctor's office an hour or longer and beats having to pay hundreds! Enjoyed the overall experience, rapid test results & price!

I have had a long stand malabsorption issue and could never nail down the cause(s). This test provided a list of 14 foods that could be contributing to my issue! Efficient process! Quick results! Clear and understandable results!

I wish there was more of a clear description of which foods you should avoid with topics like "Brewers yeast." Also it would be helpful to know how different we might react to a High Sensitivity vs Moderate vs Mild.

Ended up returning based on research I did online about the product. It didn't seem like the accuracy of the information I would have gotten from doing the test would have been that beneficial.
