Test came quickly in the mail. Easy instructions and mailed the test in Monday. The results were in by Friday! Interesting results with good explanations.

I didn't have any high reaction items but had eggs and bananas on my moderate reactions. I have never noticed either one causing any problems but I guess I could eliminate them for a while and see what happens.

Easy to use and fast results. I just wish the food sensitivity test went into a bit more detail and tested for a few more things. Still very informative.

It's great to know how different foods effect your body, but if you don't have any major food sensitivity then you feel like you didn't get any results. I only had 1 moderate reactivity- that's a good thing, but I was hoping to find out more
