The whole process took maybe a week or so. I had one food that gave me a moderate reaction. I eliminated it and the symptoms that had been troubling me subsided within days.

A lot of the information was interesting. But some of the foods I absolutely can not eat came up extremely low on the scale, when they should have been my highest numbers.
