I wanted to do this test to find out which food items that I should stay away from. I believe that food can be a medicine or a toxin, and that each body absorbs and metabolizes food in different ways. The information I received from this test gave me confidence and being able to understand the foods that my body has difficulties with. I am appreciative that my sample was quickly processed and the information was provided to me with one 48 hrs of receipt of my sample. Amazing!

The product was well packaged, explained, and easy to use. However, I have read quite a few online reviews that are bashing the food sensitivity test and claiming that it is misleading. There are accusations that proposes results are skewed by what you ate that day. Not sure what to believe! Regardless, I would recommend this to a friend that thinks they have food sensitivities.

I have had multiple tummy issues for 6 or more years. I was diagnosed with IBS. The minute I received the results of this test, I stopped eating everything that was listed as a sensitivity food. It's been almost a week, and my stomach issues are gone completely. I would have never found all my sensitive foods on my own.

This test is user friendly and the results came back so fast! I have been curious about what has been upsetting my stomachs for months! Turns out it's garlic and egg whites which I eat almost every day. I've been trying an elimination diet and have already felt a difference. My only regret is not buying the larger test.

My results met about 70% of my expected sensitivities, but surprised me with a couple that I was unaware of and will now monitor. I like the idea of knowing what foods cause inflammation in my body so I can choose to avoid or limit them. I wish the list of foods was larger, and the cost was less. Pricey!

I loved how easy the kit was to collect your sample at home. I got results in about a week. The results are detailed and I liked looking at the graph for each item to see where it was in comparison to the other categories. Would definitely recommend!!

I received my food allergy test within 2 days of my order. Opening the test kit I was greeted by easy to use modulated steps that walk you through the process. I used the tools provided to collect the blood sample, easy enough. It took 4 days to receive my test results and matched with known existing allergies along with providing insight into new ones. I recommend this to anyone curious about their food allergies.

Easy to complete. I thought I didn't get enough blood, emailed CS and they said it looked great. Not 100% sure of results since I have one food that always gets me gassy and bloated and it didn't register a sensitivity at all. Very sad to see beer (brewers yeast) was my worst one.

Food sensitivity test was easy to administer and fast results. It confirmed some thoughts I had about certain foods after a recent elimination diet. It also enlightened me to others foods that may be triggering some issues I am having. Will be trying an elimination diet of those as well.
