This product came with helpful instructions and options to watch videos. I felt aware of the status of my test every steps of the way. Once my results were published, I was also given support on what they meant and what next steps may be, with options!

I've spent the last 2 years of my life eliminating different foods, trying to find what I was sensitive to. And it was exhausting. And it was a huge guessing game. Turns out I was still eating foods I was highly sensitive to on a daily basis! It's so good to finally know for sure what I can and can't eat. And I feel great!

Immediately my symptoms went away! After eliminating my reactive foods, my bloating was gone and my stomach didn't look four months pregnant. Most of my reactive foods were foods that I ate daily and were healthy for me. I was amazed that such a simple test could finally help resolve years of bloating, gas and on and off diarrhea.

This was super easy to do, the kit was very complete and well put together. They were very fast on the testing and results issued. However, I found the results to be inconclusive and hard to understand. Overall, for me, I do not feel this was worth the cost. I regret doing this and feel it was a waste of my money.

Easy to use and quick with results. Found out that I was sensitive to "Honey". I had no idea and was eating it almost every morning. Many other foods I either removed or limited. Removing these items from my diet did not solve all my issues but has made a difference.

I didn't read enough before I took the test, which is my own fault, so when I first read my results I was confused. I was disappointed begat the results were not presented in some form I could easily print out to peruse. I did recommend to a friend and then bought an allergy test, too. The test was really easy to administer and return.

I am very pleased. I received my test promptly. Even though the direction were simple and clear I didn't get a large enough blood sample. They immediately sent me another test kit at NO charge. The results were surprising and so extremely helpful especially the hidden foods.

I want to start of first by saying that I did not get my results back within 5 days. It took a bit longer than stated. Secondly, I did find my results interesting, however, I wish there was more detail in the results that were for me directly, not as a general statement for everyone.

A standard allergy test through my physician resulted in zero "allergies". Due to rash like spotting on my face I thought it wise to determine if I had any food sensitivities through the EverlyWell testing. Despite having a number of foods identified as only "mild" sensitivities, eliminating them from my diet has reduced my facial spotting by 90% in a week. Great results for a very reasonable cost.
