Service was great! Helpful information!

I struggled with My first test and the service team was quick efficient and friendly. They immediately sent out a new set of materials and recommendations on how to make it easier for me. The materials were shipped quickly, instructions clear, and test results were back within a few days. It gave me super valuable information about what I am sensitive to and not. I found some pretty shocking results for myself and plan on the elimination diet!

Wish I had know

Results were cool, but I wish I had known before hand that this test only evaluates what you are currently eating within 30 days. If items have already been eliminated, your sensitivity isn't measured. I was curious to see if I was still sensitive to certain foods that I've eliminated for a while.

Arrived promptly and got result quickly

The process of completing the test and getting the results was pretty straightforward. The results weren't quite as I expected and I'm not sure if that's a problem of the test or if that's just my level of already eating so clean. So not sure I got what I was looking for.

A good test

The product was easy to use and the results came about a week later. It was great to get the results, however, it noted that I had a sensitivity to tuna. I haven't eaten tuna in probably 6-8 months so I'm not sure where that result came from because what I understood was that this test can only go back to the past 4 weeks of food you have eaten.

Love it

It was helpful that it broke it down by tier and that you can filter by food group. It definitely confirmed some things I felt I have reactions to, and there were a few things that surprised me. I'm intrigued to see how I feel once I start eliminating those items.

SUPER easy

Everything was well laid out and clearly marked. I'm glad they included three lancets...I needed to air fire one of them to see how loud the click was (my anxiety was very high. ) instructions were clear and turn around fast. The results were also very clear. Thank you.

A little tricky but full of useful information.

I love the report I got back and how it lists the foods in 4 categories: high reactivity (avoid at all costs), moderate reactivity (avoid when you can), mild reactivity (don't overdo it), and low reactivity (eat freely). I've had digestive issues for years, and although eliminating my true allergy (dairy) helped a lot, I still feel sick frequently. This has given me a map of what to try removing first, which is so much easier than going to a super restrictive diet and trying new foods very slowly. And my insurance paid for it - and I didn't have to schedule a doctor's visit and lab work! The only thing I would change is the size of the sample card. It was really, really hard for me to aim drops at the right spots. Doubling the card size to allow more room for inaccuracy would make it so much easier.

Interesting but difficult to take action

Had one moderate sensitivity and dozens of mild and low reactivity. When they said a doctor would review the results I thought they would offer advice such as "try eliminating these from your diet first, for this long and see how you feel". Also although soy beans and milk were on there, the soy and whey protein isolates used in so many foods weren't on there. Neither was chicory root fiber.

I highly recommend this test!

I was sceptical at first but got a little extra cash for the holidays agnes wanted to check on my food sensitivities. I'm already gluten and dairy sensitive so I knew that wouldn't show up because I don't eatthose things... man, who knew that I would have 18 things in total.(.all at different levels of sensitivity) of things I eat on the regular. Now i know what I need to eliminate and work towards total health. Thank you, I will be ordering the 2nd test for additional food sensitivity!

Quick, easy, and accurate!

This isn't my first food sensitivity test but it's definitely the easiest one I've found! I love that I can order this on my own to keep track of my sensitivities as I have a lot of them. This will be something I do regularly to help maintain my auto immune disease. Thank you for this!!!!!
