Got the results super fast, less than a week after mailing it back. Based on the results, I'm going through an elimination diet now to test how my body reacts. I never ever would have picked those foods to eliminate! These results also prompted me to research more about cheese and lactose sensitivities as we age. Wish I had known this many years ago!

The test came in the mail relatively quickly. Everything was easy to use with picture, text and even (online) video instructions! Pricking yourself with the lancet is probably the most difficult part but once that's over you send it in and get an e-mail notification when it's done. The results are provided in layman terms and as lab results to give to your doctor.

The test was fairly easy to do. I received the results a few days after I mailed the test back. I really like how there was a return envelope and shipping label ready for you. The results are definitely helpful with issues I have been having trying to figure out exactly what foods are causing digestive problems.

I'm sensitive to a lot of things so I thought this test might be for me. I believe it only tests the current things in your system though. I've been trying to figure out for a long time what exactly is making me feel sick. After doing this test it was clear. And I realized that I would have never figured it out without being tested. I found that I'm sensitive to specialty cows milk and then yeast as well. I thought all along that I was gluten intolerant when it turns out to really be yeast which is in a lot gluten free products. I'm thankful I took this test and it has helped me since taking it.

It was very helpful to see which foods I am more prone to have a reaction from. Many of the more reactive foods found from the test were of no surprise to me but gave some more confidence that those were indeed the foods that I should try to remove from my diet. I also saw a few others that surprised me and I will keep in mind and see if I recognize any reactions from it.

I decided to take this test to help with my current effort to get healthier, improve my gut health and better understand how foods affect my body. The test was easy to take and send back, the results came within 10 days and the information is broken out in a way that is easy to refer to and understand.

I'm currently seeing a specialist due to acid reflux and indigestion. It developed a few months ago and I noticed it happens more so after eating certain drinks (especially milk) or foods. I am using this test to help me figure out which foods may be the culprit.

I had a hard time getting my blood sample, but I am happy that I did. My results were surprising in same ways and totally made sense in others. I did find an extremely strong link to a separate health issue because of this test. I haven't had time to adjust my diet with the findings, but I am going to ASAP and hope that I see some positive changes.

I could not figure out why I was gaining weight and feeling terrible! I thought it was lactose so I cut all cheese, milk, yogurt, etc out of my diet. Turns out it's eggs, wheat, and gluten. Which was what I'd been living off of. It's been 3 days since I started my elimination diet and I feel great!
