I ordered this product to test for food I tolerances and was very excited. The process to do the blood spot was very simple and the instructions were easy to follow. The only problem was that 2 day shipping back to the lab was advertised and it took about a week for mine to get back, then it took another week and a half to get my results. A lot more waiting than they let on but other than that it was very good.

Easy to take the test, I received results back in the time I was told. So helpful to learn my sensitivity to things I would never have thought to look into! I would have liked a more detailed recommendation of next steps or diet changes, but otherwise clear to understand.

Before I bought the test I checked some reviews and did my research. This test seems to be just as accurate as expensive allergy testing (I know it's not "allergy" testing". I had food allergy testing about 20 years ago and this test told me the same results as far as foods I am sensitive to and a few I didn't know about.

I felt this product was well done as far as packaging, testing process and delivery of the results. When I decided to do these tests I had a lot of people tell me that these tests aren't great or accurate. I tested through another company and then decided to also test through Everlywell. Nothing between the two tests compared in regards to sensitivity results. Both said completely different things. Just leads me to believe that the only accurate way to figure sensitivity is to do a Whole 30 food introduction.

The test was quick and easy to do. I found out I had a high sensitivity to something I was eating daily. It took me by surprise, but I'm happy to know now what's been upsetting my stomach. I only gave it four stars because it took longer than ten days to receive the results.

I always had a sneaking suspicion that I had some sort of food sensitivity - I had a ton of symptoms but could never get my doctor to test (acne, eczema, unexplained rashes, stomach upset, tired all the time, etc). I found out that I have a sensitivity to Gluten, Wheat, Clams, and bananas, I just started cutting all of the above out of my diet. I can't wait to start feeling better :)

So far, the results of the test are helpful! There are a few foods that I didn't consider myself sensitive to that I eat daily. I'm now digging into my elimination diet for those foods and am excited (and maybe a bit scared!) to see the results soon. Additionally, there were foods I thought gave me issues

I used this to figure out why I had certain constant symptoms, and to determine the foods I should eliminate or try to eliminate from my diet to try and get ride of stomach issues and headaches. It confirmed a lot of my theories and inklings about the foods I'm sensitive to! I've already been feeling better by eliminating these foods!

Product was easy to use. Recieved everything I needed to get my results. Returning the results was easy. Getting my result was was easy and could understand them. It confirmed a couple of issues that I was having. Helped eliminate something that i did not realizes I had in issue with. So now I decide to either eliminate them or just eat less of those foods that bother me.

I was not expecting much from the results of my test however, it gave me much insight into how I can change my daily diet to improve my health. Answers to small things occuring with unknown reasons came after receiving my results. Overall, results were delivered very quick!
