Interesting, but...

I found my results to be interesting, but with a caveat. The way I read the results was that they're basically inconclusive. If I hadn't had a particular type of food, then it won't necessarily register. I know I'm sensitive to wheat and corn, but those two items barely registered on my test. Well, in reading through the analysis, I found a sentence that basically says the above. Since I know I'm sensitive, I avoid wheat and corn, and that's why they don't register. This could really mislead someone. With that said, I found some surprises, like yeast. As soon as I read that, I thought, "Of course!" It made perfect sense. So, it's a good test, and they're quick, but there is the above caveat.

Didn't help me, but could be useful for others

I have regular stomach aches and skin problems, as well as a family history of problems with inflammation. I was excited to take this test to help me identify foods that could be irritants. The test itself was easy to use and I got my results back in the promised amount of time. I was really surprised by my results. The test showed that not only do I not have any high reactive foods, but I don't even have medium reactive foods (my results were 21 mild and 75 low). I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel like I wasted my money, but I can't blame the test for that. I guess my issues lie somewhere other than what this test evaluates. I should mention that my sister took the same test and had 20+ high and medium reactive foods, many of which she had no idea were causing her issues, so I do think the test is valuable for some people.

A must! For diet changes

I'm so happy I did this test. I changed my diet to what I though would be healthy but after feeling horrible I decided to give this a try to see what foods could be causing me problems. Pretty much every food I changed to eating was on my list of high sensitivity so now I can adjust my diet better. Thanks so much and results were pretty fast too!

By no means does it give you any diagnosis or full blown answers to possible issues BUT it is a solid starting point to give you a starting point for moving forward and feeling better. There were some things that didn't surprise me and others that did.

Finally...I Found the Missing Puzzle Pieces!

I pretty much figured that gluten was problematic, but I had no idea that I was highly sensitive to dairy and almonds. I these daily. I would blame the corn meal in the cereal that I ate instead of the milk for the stomach ache. No wonder I've not felt well for the last several years (joint aches, fatigue, malabsorption of minerals, digestive issues). I'm so glad I can now start the process of healing my body and not include these reactive foods. These weren't the only ones...my list was extensive, but at least now I know. Thank you!

A great starting point for better health

It was quick and easy to get results from this test, but it's by no means conclusive. It only gives you a good starting point for digging deeper into your health. My results said I was highly reactive to foods which have never caused me noticeable issues, but only an elimination diet and time will tell.

Good to know!

I wanted to be sure exactly what foods I might be sensitive to. There were some surprises and it would have taken a lot of trial and error to find out exactly what they were. The Everlywell test simplified the process. It was very easy to use and the results were received quickly.

Interesting results!

It was very easy to use and the results came back very quickly. I was surprised to find what foods I have sensitivities to. The biggest was sunflower followed by coffee. Glad I don't drink coffee otherwise I would have been very upset to have to cut it out of my diet. Some foods I thought I had sensitivity to didn't up. Nice to be able to get some insight without extensive testing at the doctors office.

Happy with the Product

The test was very easy to use and to ship back to the company. My test were received on a Monday morning and the following Monday morning I received the results. The results were not a shock to me - my body has been giving me that information for a long time. It was good to see it in writing, though.

Eye Opening

I had been having stomach issues for the past couple years. I would feel bloated and my legs would swell. I also work out everyday, eat mostly clean but cannot lose any weight. I thought that I was sensitive to food dyes or even nuts. I decided to try out the Everlywell food sensitivity test. I got my results back about 2 weeks ago. I found out that I have a level 3 sensitivity to haddock and soybeans. I have removed both from my diet. I didn't eat much haddock to begin with but soy is in everything. I have never felt better and have lost 1.5/week since I removed haddock and soy.
