Easy To Use

I was very impressed with this test kit and would recommend its use. The kit cane with very clear instructions on how to collect the samples, and the lab was super quick in turning around the results. I found the results clear and easy to interpret. This is a great tool to use as part of your wellness plan.

Great Product!

I did the sensitivity testing. I had trouble getting enough blood and sent a photo of my card to CS on a Friday evening. They replied on Saturday to let me know the lab would be able to look at it on Monday. The lab responded promptly on Monday that my sample was OK. I was very impressed with a response on Saturday and how quickly the lab responded Monday. After sending my sample in, it was processed quickly and the results online were easy to read and download for both myself and my physician. I was surprised to see Lobster & Crab listed as things I'm sensitive to so I did some digging. One of the supplements I take contains both as ingredients. It's amazing it can detect such things. The results will make it much easier for me to eliminate some foods so that I can finally discover what is causing me problems.

Very informative!!

I kind of always knew most of my insensitivities, but still had issues when eliminating them. I found out it was because I substituted with almond for everything and almond was high on my mild list. Now that I've removed almond, as well as my other triggers, I'm feeling better.

Valuable information!

I used to have a cast iron stomach and could literally eat anything, at any time, with no adverse effects. But now that I'm well into my 60's, I find myself more susceptible to post-menopausal weight gain, heartburn, congestion and post-nasal drip, intestinal distress, and itchy skin. For a while, I've suspected these issues might be due to some of the foods I'm eating, even though they've never caused me trouble before. I went to an allergist (licensed M.D.), and was tested for 52 different allergens, but not a single one popped up as being problematic. That's when I saw an ad for EverylyWell's "Food Sensitivity Test". I ordered it online the next day; the in-home testing process was extremely easy, and I received my report in a timely manner. The results surprised me... though I had no foods listed in the "High Reactivity" category, I had 7 in the "Moderate Reactivity" category and I ate noteworthy amounts of each and every one, sometimes on a daily basis. There were 11 more foods in the "Mild Reactivity" category, and I regularly consumed 8 of them. I now believe that my physical symptoms are the result of these 15 "offenders" having a CUMULATIVE effect on my body. I then noticed that a "Food Sensitivity Expansion Test" is also available; the foods included on that list might be viewed by the average person as being a bit more unusual or exotic, but they're a fairly regular part of my diet, so again, keeping the cumulative effect in mind, it made sense to order this test as well (still waiting for it to arrive). Once I receive the results of that test, I will take both reports and design a new elimination-based eating plan for myself to see if my symptoms improve (and hopefully, disappear).

This was a very interesting and informative test

What's great is how easy it was to complete at home. I found the data results very interesting. But what can be confusing is the green normal reactive category. I seem to have some higher numbers in that section that makes me consider eliminating those items as well. Any number can initiate a IgG response- even if it's a low number I don't understand why it's not considered.

Quick and Informative

This test arrived very quickly and was straightforward. Once completed, I dropped it in the mailbox and received my results in 4 business days! The results were interesting and I am defintiely going to try and eliminate some of the foods to see what kind of results I get.

Very happy I did this!

I have struggled with upset stomach and other GI issues for years, never really could identify what may be the real culprit. Have tried elimination diets, but nothing was ever conclusive. After doing this test, the results came back quick, and opened up a whole new range of things to think about and consider as I pursue feeling my best. Very helpful, and fully worthwhile.

Not sure where to go from here

Finally purchased Everlywell once I realized it was FDA approved. I've always had stomach troubles and should see a doctor, but figured I'd try a shortcut by using Everlywell. From my results, I only had one "moderate" reaction food (Almonds), so from there I assume I should try to eliminate almonds and see how I do. I had no "high" reaction results. I wish there was a bit more guidance on how to use your results and maybe link a few of the food groups to each other with some synopsis. This review is part of the #sweepstakes they're running, so I'm hoping to maybe win that and use it to move forward with some elimination diet techniques. Everlywell was extremely easy though, and I'm not a big fan of blood (especially my own). The results took 4-5 days to come in if I recall.

I was surprised with my results

I love that the test kit laid out all the instructions and it's very easy to do and provide a blood sample. I did the food sensitivity test because I've been feeling tired. I broke out into hives...I thought it was outdoor/indoor allergies but blood test came back negative..and changed a lot of skin products to fragrance-free..and still no improvement. My feet and ankles would swell, and I have joint pain. After receiving my test results, I was surprised to see that I am highly reactive to a lot of what I was eating. I also showed my doctor the results, and agreed that I would have to start eliminating certain foods. I can't wait to see if my symptoms improve!

I think everyone should have access to do this test

I think everyone should have access to do this test maybe at a more affordable rate. It is so important to be able to see what our bodies need and should do without. I did a similar test like this from a dom and the two tests concluded the same results. I do wish I could do the seminar but I have an 8 to 5 job Monday through Friday. So it would be nice to for you to accommodate the people that can not ask more questions
