The test was so easy to do! The kit came with everything I needed and the directions were simple! I get a little nervous with shots and needles, so I was hesitant when I saw this test required a blood sample. However, getting a blood sample was SO easy for me to do. The little tool/finger pricker that came with the kit was great. Easy to use and the needle retracts back inside the device, so I didn't even see a needle or have to worry about how I would dispose of it. My test results came back quickly! I loved receiving the status updates on my test by text! I always knew I had sensitivities to some foods & this test helped me recognize which foods are problematic for me. I would definitely recommend trying any of the tests from EverlyWell. I believe having these results has helped me to be in control of my own health & has given me the knowledge to do so!

I received good information on my food sensitivities. Things that I never would have guessed. My downfall with this test is it is a blood test. The test kit comes with two very small finger prick tools that only shoot once. I could not get enough blood required with those tools. I had to find a needle around my house and open the finger prick on my finger to an actual wound to get enough blood out.

I found my results to be interesting, but with a caveat. The way I read the results was that they're basically inconclusive. If I hadn't had a particular type of food, then it won't necessarily register. I know I'm sensitive to wheat and corn, but those two items barely registered on my test. Well, in reading through the analysis, I found a sentence that basically says the above. Since I know I'm sensitive, I avoid wheat and corn, and that's why they don't register. This could really mislead someone. With that said, I found some surprises, like yeast. As soon as I read that, I thought, "Of course!" It made perfect sense. So, it's a good test, and they're quick, but there is the above caveat.

This food sensitivity test was so simple to use and I really appreciate how thoroughly Everlywell walks you through each step of the process. The test results are laid out in very simple terms making it not only really easy to understand but detailed and so informative. My results were a true eye opener for me and in just eliminating my top three sensitivities for a week I'm already seeing huge results in my symptoms! I've already recommended this test to my sister and a few friends who are looking for answers!

I'm glad I did this test. I thought I might have a few food sensitivities and the test confirmed those for me. I didn't realize until after I'd already taken the test that I should've eaten all of the foods on the list prior, but most of them were in my system so I'm happy with the outcome.

It can be difficult to convince a western practitioner to give you certain tests. This is a great resource to get the information yourself and then go from there. I found this test extremely helpful. I thought I had a gluten sensitivity, turns out it's actually a yeast sensitivity. Now, I can focus my health efforts on that.

This is a great way to identify some things that may be upsetting or not agreeing with your body!! The only con, the prick that is used to prick your finger to get blood can be harsh. I followed the instructions and pricked my ring finger, just to the side and it bruised the tip of my finger terribly and was painful for a few days. My boyfriend has done this as well, he did not have the same reaction. It did do the job though! I only had to prick once. Otherwise it is very easy to use, quick and efficient! I got my results within 5 days of sending out the sample.
