Glad I finally stopped long enough to do this.

What surprised me was what is listed as abnormal are the items that do hurt my stomach when I eat. Now this gives me the incentive to eliminate these items of food and see if that will help my stomach pain and my constant weight changes. Seeing it in black and white makes a difference.

Cheddar is back in my life!!! Eggs are out :(

I new pizza really bothered me, I knew milk bothered me, and I would be surprised from time to time about mystery meals that would make me feel awful, or bloated, etc. I'm not scared of needles and am gone with a little pain, but I have to admit I hesitated because what's a good time to stab yourself in the finger? Turns out... barely hurts at all. The hardest part was getting some blood droplets out. So take the instructions seriously, get your heart rate up, shake your hands or spin your arms. But the results are fairly life changing, as I ate eggs every single morning. And I never ate cheese. But NOW o get to eat cheddar! Who knew mozzarella crushed me and cheddar did not? I tested it yesterday, and man oh man, cheddar is back, baby!!!

So easy and helpful!

This was extremely easy to use and didn't take long to complete at all. I got my kit very quickly and my results came back very fast. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's interested in learning a little bit more about how foods affect their body. I loved reading through my results.

Great information to help guide me on my health journey!

I wanted to do the food sensitivity test because as a child I had many health issues and allergies. I have been dealing with inflammation and joint and muscle pain despite eating well and exercising. I wanted a picture of how my body was responding to the food I was eating. I was surprised by my results. I knew I had sensitivities to wheat and dairy as I would have significant upset when eating those items. But to find there were several other common foods I eat all the time that may be causing reaction in my body was eye opening. I plan to use my test results to do an elimination of those food I am sensitive to and then reintroduce them to see how my body truly reacts. I'm excited to feel better in my body!

Very Helpful

I bought this test because I was having a lot of bloating and fatigue. I found that I'm only moderately reactive to Cow's Milk and mildly reactive to 17 other foods. This has helped me to understand that I should eliminate the consumption of anything containing cow's milk. The mild reactive foods I will just be consuming less. Highly recommend this test! It was easy to use and my results came back quicker than the turnaround time.

Easy to use. Quick results.

Honestly I was very impressed by the overall process. I have some GI issues flaring up and already knew my allergies so I wanted to find out if I had food sensitivities. The package took longer to ship to me than it did to ship back to them and get my results.

Would purchase again

This was a very easy test to perform in the comfort of your own home. Everything that was needed to perform the test is included in the box. Very simple instructions are included. The only downfall to me is just waiting for the results. Results seemed a little complicated at first glance. Wish it had easier options to help explain the results. Overall I was really happy with this test.

Easy to Use, Easy to Understand

This test was simple, convenient, and easy. My only complain (other than in which states its available, but that's not their fault) is how few puncture items are provided. My finger did not want to bleed, it took a number of tries just to get a few good drops of blood.

Helpful in identifying food sensitivity issues

This product was easy to use, and did identify food issues I was not aware of. After completing the test, I knew I had to consult with an allergist as it only added to the list of things I can't eat. If you have multiple issues with different foods (gluten, milk, eggs, etc.) this may help. I will take this with me to my appointment to address what I'm reacting to in food.

Information potentially helpful

All health information can be informative to a degree. With the IgG results I got from Everlywell, I was able to confirm some potential food sensitivities. For example, my 23andme results showed a potential for Celiac disease so I gave up gluten-containing foods last year. My results from the Everlywell test shows sensitivity to barley and rye, two gluten-containing foods. It's a good tool to have in my health tool belt and reinforce the information from other sources. This makes it a lot easier for me to leave the gluten out!
