Would be helpful to provide info about going off allergy medicine in your description online or in the confirmation email after purchase, as it affects the results. It can take several weeks to clear this out of the system and if someone is working on a timeline, it may be unsettling that this could delay taking the test and could have been communicated. I emailed about this ahead of time because of past allergy testing experiences, but not everyone would know this. Also, this info was not listed/written/communicated anywhere on the product. It could be. It would be helpful to know which foods are tested upfront, rather than finding out after the fact. Last, perhaps provide information about what to do with this info after getting the results. There is a bit of an anti-climatic feeling after reading the results and thinking "now what"?

The test was easy to take. I only had Mild reactivity to things. Not sure what that means exactly. I saw a lot about what to do with High and Moderate reactivity but nothing on mild. Not sure if those foods should be a concern or not. Maybe this test wasn't intended for me. Was kind of hoping to uncover something interesting. Some places on the website talk about Class 1, 2, and 3 foods, but the language isn't consistent with what is emailed. There is shows low, mild, moderate, and high.

It wasn't too bad. I wish the explanation would be more detail (mild, moderate, etc)---it seems like the explanation was repetitive. It was good findings.... not really for the price. But nice to know and be more aware of some of the things I'm eating. It did validate a few foods---I pretty much already knew, but glad I got a second opinion.

I have been battling hives for years. My medical Dr. Just dismissed it as nothing serious. I knew it had to be foods because it happened after I would eat something. It may not have been a full on anaphylactic situation, but now I know what foods that I'm sensitive to. The test was easy to use and I got fast results. I now will use more of the tests when I have other health concerns and just bypass my Dr. Who doesn't seem to think my complaints are serious enough to look into. Thanks Everlywell.

My wife and I have done a "Whole 30" food elimination diet before which helped identify some food sensitivities but adding an Everlywell food sensitivity test took it to the next level and helped us refine what we were eating that was causing problems.

I've read about autoimmune diets and elimination diets and certain foods to avoid, but I also know the specific trigger foods vary from person to person. My mom suggested I try this and I'm glad I did. It gave me a breakdown of what food are triggers as well as guidance on what to do with that information. Valuable information for someone with several autoimmune diseases.

I learned some things about some mild food allergies that I have. All great information and will definitely inform my food choices going forward. I found the instructions both on how to prepare the sample, package and post the sample and read/interpret the results somewhat lacking and requiring a bit of effort. A little step by step guide would have been helpful, especially in packing and mailing the sample which was not clear at all. Overall, though, a good test and interesting result.

For years I've been going to allergists for pain and rashes, they were never able to determine what was causing it. I've spent so much time and money on tests, not realize there are different markers to check for. I finally have answers - at a fraction of the price that I've paid in the past when seeing specialist - and couldn't be happier!

I took the thyroid test, heart test and the food sensitivity test. They were very easy to use and the results were very easy to understand. As someone who doesn't typically go to the doctor, this was very helpful to me. I will definently use your tests again the future
