I loved this food sensitivity test kit! It was simple to order, easy to use, and I got my results back quickly. It was fascinating to learn of my different food reactivity levels and which foods to limit. The results format online is well- designed and easy to understand. The test was easy and informative. The only reason I gave it a 3 instead of a five has to do with one reason... I would be better if you rated the sensitivity more precise. Like on a scale of one to ten so a person has a better understanding on what to expect from certain foods. Or maybe avoid. Say...1-4 little or insignificant reaction. 5-7 possible rash/redness/itching/etc. 8-10 avoid completely. Then it gives a person a better perspective and game plan.

i knew before my test that I had food sensitivities and was suggested by a doctor to have testing done. I chose every well because it was easy and convenient and my results were so shocking! I thought I knew what my sensitivities probably were and I was totally wrong! This really opened my eyes and I have recommended it now to so many others.

I mailed my test to the lab on a Monday and my results were available Thursday. The results were really easy to understand and you can even get a print out copy for your doctor. This test was quick and easy and answered so many questions and shocked me somewhat with the food sensitivity results. I knew dairy was a problem so I started substituting almond and coconut milk and oils in my coffee, smoothies, and cooking and didn't notice much of a difference in the way I was feeling. What was my #1 food sensitivity? Almonds! Secondary? Coconut! Wake up call was basically telling me that even though it seems perfectly healthy, it might not be a good fit for your your particular body!

So thankful I took the plunge and bought the food sensitivity test. I've always had pretty severe food sensitivities, we couldn't figure out what was causing it. Thanks to this test I was able to figure out what was causing my symptoms. I'm only one day in eliminating wheat, gluten, and peanuts but I can already tell some subtle differences. I finally did something to get control of my health. For years I have been told that I have a sensitivity to gluten and if I stay away from that I will be fine. The only problem was no one checked for any other sensitivities. I know know I am more sensitive to egg and egg white than anything, I eat these 4 times a week!! Not anymore, after doing this test I can confidently go into the kitchen and make myself a meal that I know my body will respond positively to. I am feeling better and better every day and have told everyone I know to get this test!!!!

I thought gluten was the culprit to my inflammation but to learn it's EGGS and most DAIRY!? I have kicked the top offenders from my diet for three day now and feel the difference in my body.
