Although my results showed not being allergic to almost anything it did confirm one of my suspected culprits. Now with this knowledge I can make moves to eliminate items and improve my diet, as well as purchasing another kit to test hormones. There still is an issue but now I know it is not the food I am eating. Very helpful!

The allergy test is an excellent idea for B-day present; I got one exactly on this day. The hardest part was to pinch a finger, and it took me a while to do so. I got my results after 5 days. So all process is really easy. Also, I got text notification when results were ready. Overall I liked the test, nothing significant on results, but that was fun.

I was so surprised and pleased at how easy this test was, the instructions are very clear, and besides the slight hesitation before pricking my finger, the whole process was seamless. The test results were available very quickly, and there was so much detail given about the results that I feel much better about what I'm putting into my body thanks to this test.

The results of this Food Sensitivity Test were amazing! I learned what foods cause my body to be irritated or inflamed through this test. Some foods we notice once we eat them that they do not make us feel great! This test unlocks some of the hidden foods that cause us problems internally. I started eating a low carb low sugar diet recently and found that it makes me feel great! Then my results confirmed that certain foods, barley, gluten, rye and wheat had an abnormal reading for me which confirms these changes are the way to go for me! Thanks I love being able to do this in the privacy of my own home too!

I was chatting with a friend one day recently about food and food allergies and she mentioned this company. I thought, "what the heck?" and I decided to give it a shot. I can now move forward on my wellness journey knowing which foods I am sensitive to! And for a very affordable cost! I put my test in the mail on Wednesday and my results were posted to my account the following Monday! Fast! I love Everlywell's website and I found the FAQ's to basically answer every question I had. The food sensitivity test was super easy to use and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had very few food sensitivities and none that were on the high end! This was my first time ever taking an at-home lab test (food sensitivity). I was initially very nervous, especially when it came to using the lancets, but the instructions in the test kit and on the website were very clear and offered helpful advice. I only ended up having to stick my finger once! I also opted in for text notifications after mailing everything back to the lab, which was super helpful in keeping an eye on things. I received my results after only four days! Overall, a very cool experience; I'm excited to see what else I can learn about my health!

Going to the doctor can be so daunting. It interferes with our work schedule, you are dealing with insurance, the wait can be anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours. I wasn't aware that you need to eat all of the foods before to get results back on them. In hindsight it makes sense, but I wish it had been said in the video before or website because I got my results back and they're basically incorrect. For example I'm 100% lactose intolerant, but I try to avoid dairy so of course it said I have no sensitivity to it. I wish I would have been able to see the level of sensitivity I have to certain dairy products too. Other than that it was good. I just would've had better results on many of the foods if I had known that fact.

I had consulted with my allergist about the test and she stated that my doctor was had a series of letters after her name indicating her field being in Obstetrics and Gynecology - needless to say, I was a bit skeptical about results, but they made some sense so I'm now eliminating the high and moderate reactivity (thankfully only 3 listed) and will try in 4 weeks to see how I feel.
