Overall is really good, but it could be excellent for the consumer. 2 suggestions 1. on each food result after the explanation it provides additional resources. Those resources could be expanded given the fact that they all mention the benefits/ values of eating that food, but if your result is highly sensitive to it, then the information more resourceful would be substitute food with same nutrients, or similar to that. 2. The partnership with Helix to include DNA results didn't impress me at all. Found it very vague or superficial. I was expecting more information.

Very easy to take blood specimen for the lab. Mailed off and had my results within a week. Totally shocked at the foods they determined I'm sensitive to.....I limited those from my diet and I feel really great. I would totally recommend this to all of my family and friends!

Product was great, easy to use, and turn around time was excellent. It identified foods I eat regularly that could be causing some discomfort and finally pinpointed me to my diet issues (almonds, never would have thought). Only complaint would be the instructions were a bit confusing at first on how to give the blood sample so I smeared it until realizing there has to be a better way. More of my problem in reading directions than the product .

arrived quickly and was easy to send back. Customer service was very responsive when I had a question and the results came in fast too. The website makes it really easy to interpret the results and I feel better having more information about my food sensitivities

I was diagnosed with eosinophilia esophagitis a few months ago and my gastro referred me to an allergist. Apparently there is some sort of allergen that aggravates this condition. The allergist couldn't definitely determine what I was "allergic" to (she never tested for wheat or dairy despite those being the primary allergens). She told me to go without "stuff". I heard about this test from my daughter and wow - high sensitive to wheat...which explains a lot. Since my daughter was already on a gluten free diet, I just followed her meals for the two weeks I was visiting her and poof - my gastro issues have improvised greatly.

I struggled with My first test and the service team was quick efficient and friendly. They immediately sent out a new set of materials and recommendations on how to make it easier for me. The materials were shipped quickly, instructions clear, and test results were back within a few days. It gave me super valuable information about what I am sensitive to and not. I found some pretty shocking results for myself and plan on the elimination diet!

It's a lot to take common things like gluten and cow's milk out of your diet if you aren't sure they are a problem for you. Sure enough it will be worth my effort because I have confirmed with Everlywell that I am indeed being affected by these items.

I was hoping to get some answers from this test about my high TPO levels but everything came back mild or low. A nutritionist friend told me after the fact that it's because this test was only IgG testing and didn't look at the bigger picture.. (IgE (true allergy), IgG, IgG4, blocking potentials, etc) If i was to do it over again i'd take a different test that tested for it all, that way i'd get a better idea of the foods that I absolutely needed to eliminate. While the process of the at-home testing and convenience of it was wonderful, it was expensive and unfortunately kind of a waste of money for me, but my own fault for not doing the research first.

The process for collection, delivery and turnaround time was awesome. I didn't get any high sensitivities to any food. Which I guess I took as good and bad. I was hoping that something was going to show up since I have arthritis like pain off and on and through that it was related to my food intake. Oh well. It was still worth the money.

My experience was pretty good aside from needing to be sent more lancets because the original ones did not produce enough blood. The results showed me exactly what I was expecting so it didn't provide me with any new and insightful information but I can see how it could be beneficial for others.
