I always knew there were a few items that seemed to cause gastrointestinal issues, and a general unwell feeling and while I tried to avoid them most of the time I still was wondering what else it could be. This test was super informative and has made eliminating and cutting back much easier because I had an idea of specific items that could be the issue. I continue to brag about this test and recommend it to my friends!

I was already following the AIP elimination diet protocol so that wasn't anything new. The whole point of taking the test was to see what, if any, foods on the AIP could my system be sensitive Ron. Since there were none on the high and medium listing m, I will have to start eliminating low sensitivity items to determine their impact.

Everything was well laid out and clearly marked. I'm glad they included three lancets...I needed to air fire one of them to see how loud the click was (my anxiety was very high. ) instructions were clear and turn around fast. The results were also very clear. Thank you.

My only regret? Not taking the more comprehensive test so I plan to do this again. I had been experiencing rashes on my face for some time and they got increasingly worse. I went to a dermatologist and they ruled out rosacea. Well. JUST as I was about to make fresh carrot juice, I got my results back and it said I was mildly intolerant to carrots and garlic (which I consume daily) so I cut them out ASAP. In two days... my skin was much happier. THANK YOU.

I got the food sensitivity test but after a month the DNA portion hasn't been completed so the test still isn't complete and I feel a little ripped off. That said, there were some interesting things I learned in the part of the test that is complete.

I would tell any senior citizen like myself to get a friend or relative to help them take the blood test. The video makes it seem so simple and easy, but some of us have trouble getting a good grip on the part which needs to pulled off to free the needle.

I was hoping to find foods in the high or moderate classes of reactivity, but only had mild and low. I did however take out some of the mild foods and do believe it has made some differences in my health and how I feel for the better. I found this test very fascinating.

Such a great company, the instructions were very clear. It did take a longer time to process my results once it got to the lab, but I still felt taken care of and that my results were a priority. I'm glad I did the food sensitivities test, there were a couple things on there that I eat everyday and didn't realize it could be the reason I don't feel great.

Test was simple, and the design and packaging made it super easy to test and return everything to the lab. My results confirmed my suspicions regarding certain food sensitivities; so now I have results which provide the basis for a health-forward action plan. If I could afford it, I would buy tests for so many of my friends and family who I know would benefit from some resolution of their own.
