I used this product to find out my sensitivities and got my results back in the amount said, which was great. However, my top three were all dairy, none of which I eat, so I am a little confused as to where to go from this point. I wish there was a little more "after results" guidance.

The entire process from beginning to end is very easy to follow and was soooooo much easier than getting an appointment with my doctor and then asking for a test and then being charged tons of money for something that I probably wouldn't get great results from. This test was easy to do, the process and notifications throughout were amazing and I had results back much quicker than estimated and the information was actionable. Highly recommend!

This test gave us some good information on foods that my dad is sensitive to. He came up as highly sensitive to a lot of dairy cheese and yogurt products. That was not something that we were aware of. It also ruled out a gluten problem. I would recommend this test.

I was very pleased how quickly the test got to me and how quickly I received information that my test kit had made it to the lab. The biggest surprise was how quickly the test results were available. I sent test in on Monday and was able to read my report on Thursday. Far exceeded my expectations. Shipping: The kit took 10 days to get to me, and 5 days to get back to the lab so that was hard to wait for! I would think that for the price of this test that they could use a faster delivery service. Testing: I had never used a lancet so I was a little nervous, but I followed step by step and the directions were pretty easy to follow. Results: These were ready within 2 days of the test arriving at the lab. I have one High reactivity food, and 7 moderate reactivity foods. Some of them I suspected, some I did not! The suggestions on the website for elimination diets provided me with a good idea of how to start testing my sensitivities. The hard part now will be sticking to that! The one suggestion I have would be to put more links to articles on each food that suggest how to cope with a food sensitivities, as opposed to telling me why Gluten is healthy... Overall, I really enjoyed receiving these results and I've already told a lot of people about it since everyone seems to have issues with digestion, etc.

Because IgG levels decline when not exposed to an allergen, the Food Sensitivity test can be misconstrued. I know I am highly sensitive to gluten (e.g., in white, rye, barley and hidden in soy and other ingredients) but my results came back as mild sensitivity. I've been off gluten for over 8 years. I was also well aware of sensitivity to cow dairy, just by experiencing symptoms, and I think it's higher than my IgG levels indicate, since I also mostly avoid it. Bottom line is I am going to try to eliminate a few of the unexpected things on my mild sensitivity list, but overall, this was not that useful for the money (for me).

I have had stomach issues for years now. After taking the Everlywell food sensitivity test and seeing which foods were likely to be problematic for me I have since eliminated those foods from my diet and now feel so much better. Unreal what a difference this test has made on how I feel! I was suffering from years of abdominal pain and bloating that just kept getting worse. Surprisingly, two top sensitivities were two things I already knew: Walnuts and cow milk; what I didn't know is that egg yolks and whites were above those as well! I love eggs and without dairy... it doesn't leave much! Well, I sufficed and gave up the eggs and within less than a week of stopping, my bloating and pain was almost gone!
