[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truvia has got to be one of my favorite sugar substitutes. I am a type two diabetic, and this has absolutely no effect on my sugars. It works in all applications from beverages to desserts. My favorite feature of Truvia is the fact that it measures one for one with sugar. I was so excited when I had the opportunity to participate in this Voxbox!

I really liked how this had better texture and were larger grains. In the morning if I am making cold matcha this is harder to mix it so I only recommend to use with hot drinks. Otherwise its perfect for baking and making pastries.

I usually use less than I typically would of regular sugar, as it has a sweeter taste. It gets the job done without the added guilt. If youre going to use this for baking though, youre going to want a bigger bag.

And never leaves an aftertaste. Although, sometimes the package won't close as well as I would like, and I have a mess if you are trying to cut out sugar-give this a try.

I use it in my coffee (using a milk frother after you've put a spoon of this into your milk will result in a cafe-like look), and many baking recipes. It's never let me down. Would 110% recommend.

Erithritol is a great sub and with 1:1 recipe substitutions, measurements are easy! I first used it to sweeten a fresh broccoli salad and look forward to baking sugar free desserts.
