The granulares are fine so it mixes well in my tea and coffee with no leftover residue. I just use 2 teaspoons and my beverage is good to go. You can even bake with it just substitute the measurements of the sugar. I follow a Keto lifestyle so this sweetener is perfect for me to help curb my sugar cravings.

The cake is a little dense but couldnt really tell that it wasnt actual sugar in it. It mixed seamlessly much like regular sugar.

I wanted to say I do not like the new packaging at all. I know you are going to say there is no difference in the product but I am having to use 3 packets of truvia for my coffee now and I have trouble with opening it. I will change sweeteners if the packaging doesn'e improve.
