I didn’t use this for cooking or baking yet, but I had it on my grapefruit and cereal and it did just the trick - it sweetened. Its really difficult because there are a ton of products out there that claim to taste exactly like the unhealthy version, when in fact that isnt true at all. Im happy to say that this sweetener does taste exactly like regular sugar to me. I was able to make brownies and my diabetic father-in-law was able to partake in dessert because of how much better this is for him than the regular sugar and I didnt feel as guilty eating them as well. The brownies tasted great!

I was excited to try Truvia and made a peach crisp with brown and white Truvia in place of sugar and flour. The crisp was enjoyed by my friends and the other ingredients were not missed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it does sweeten things like lemonade, and the option to have zero calories is a huge factor but the flavor isn't comparable to me in coffee. Made my coffee taste bitter some how, so I had to add other flavor options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many health issues that caused my body to be pre diabetic. I switched from regular brown sugar and sugar cane sugar to this in all of my cooking. I used a little less than 1:1 replacement and the final results are almost equal in taste to the later. I have used in cookies, salad dressings, baked beans, etc. no issues with changing consistency of product or cook time of product. I highly recommend this and any of the Truvia brand products to those wishing to cut out regular processed sugars.
