[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this as a healthier alternative to sugar and had actually just ran out of sugar so I used it to make some homemade lemon bars and they unfortunately turned out really bad. It seemed like the super clumped together in a weird layer of the bars while it baked and the bars tasted really bland and not sweet/tart like they should. I think this would be better used as a coffee/tea sweetener instead of baking.

For those hesitant in trying something new.. this is a sure thing.. you will LOVE IT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use Truvia Sweetener every day. Our coffee tastes so good with Truvia. It’s our favorite sweetener. I also use this for cooking and baking. It measures cup for cup or spoon for spoon. We always have this by our coffee maker. I can’t tell the difference in taste between Truvia and granulated sugar.

I replicated the recipe I usually use and the cookies turned out cakey and weird tasting. I haven’t tried to use for anything else as the after taste wasn’t really for me. I would not purchase. I’ll stick to real sugar and brown sugar.
