[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer really needed an upgrade and I am so glad we got this Samsung washer to replace it. It is bigger and quieter than my old machine and it looks really nice! It easily fits my king size bedding or other large loads. Only issue I had with it was the long chime at the end, but I was able to turn that off. So definitely 5 stars!

I got this washer on January 4, 2022 (18 days ago) and from day 1, it has not worked as it should. It does not spin the clothes dry at all and clothes take longer to dry in the dryer. It does not come close to the last washer that I had for 26 years! Then today, it would not spin after washing and I got an 8C error code...... What does 8C code mean on Samsung washer? Sometimes 8C error code occurs in Samsung washer immediately after filling with water, and the drum does not rotate on all programs. This indicates the breaking of the motor winding. It should be completely replaced. If the equipment fails to gain speed at the beginning of spinning, check the motor brushes. This washer is going back and I would NOT recommend this washer. Save your money and keep looking!

The tub is deep and allows for more clothes to be washed per cycle than our last machine, speeding up the laundry process The variety of settings is more than we have ever had, especially the automatic function that detects the appropriate water level. When I do laundry, I usually use the normal or quick wash setting for both colors and whites and it works like a charm. The self cleaning option is a plus, it notifies us when the machine needs to complete a self cleaning cycle that doesn't require any additional cleaning products. The new vibration reduction technology works as promised. Not once have I heard the machine rubbling or dancing around the laundry room because of an of an unbalanced load. Unlike our previous front loading machine, clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. No mildewy smell or residue. We are big fans of Samsung televisions and are happy with this Samsung appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine has been a godsend to us. We had a bottom of the line that would leave fabric softener spots on the wet clothes. We would also have to run water down the water softener container. What a difference this Samsung makes. It has multiple settings including, deep wash, bedding/ water proof(not sure what exactly that means. I need to look that one up.) Also quick wash and the best feature... self clean. I can't wait to use that feature. It holds ALOT of clothes. Probably close to 50% more than my other one that was only a year old. We're extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Oh and the little song it plays at the end is a refreshing twist to the obnoxious buzzer sound!!! The 5 settings on water level is nothing I have experienced before. You can really specify how little or how large your load is. My last dryer didn't have a water setting at all and I felt like I was totally wasting so much water doing just one load. I'm curious to see what my water bill is and if this has changed it. The setting I use the most are normal and deep wash. The deep wash I use for the sheets and have started adding a laundry sanitizer to those loads. I'm extremely happy with this washing machine. It's actually a joy to use!

The translucent top is stylish and it has a few electronic changes, one in particular is that you can start and restart it between any cycle. I'm guessing that if I had purchased a higher end model it wouldn't be so noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer November of last year. This model is a 4.5 cu. ft. and it’s big enough to fit two loads. I’m 5’3”and I do tippie toe to get to the bottom of the washer. I don’t see use of its agitator to wash clothing but works to detangle clothing when washer has a full load. The best about this washer that I love is the faucet for pre-stained clothing and bleach dispenser. The bleach dispenser really well on white clothing that leaves clothing really white. I gave this washer a 3 Star because I don’t find use of features like the detergent dispenser and softener dispenser as well.

Top Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology! It is the best! It is so much fun to use! My clothes get really clean! With the amount of washing we have as a young family we needed a reliable, efficient and smart solution. After extensive research, it was evident that the Samsung 3200 Series Top Load Washer is definitely the leader in this space. Following the delivery of our new machine (the delivery guys were great and only took 20 minutes to get us up and running), it was time to give them a test drive. After carrying 4 baskets of washing down to our laundry room, we were amazed that the 4.5 cu. ft capacity was more than ample space finally reducing the number of loads we now need to do each week. The aesthetically beautiful design is great on the eye. We love the top load see-through lid (fitted with a child lock for enhanced safety) and the digital display with 5 temperature settings and 8 wash/rinse cycles, as well as the easy to understand controls which are both consistent across the washer and dryer in this series. We love the vibration reduction technology and the silence of the washer. Also, we all know what it likes when something doesn't work right - this product has a Smart Care troubleshooting function that you simply access an app and the solutions to your problems are there. In general, our family is really impressed by this amazing washer. Its design and performance are already reducing our water and power bills thanks to the larger capacity, and efficiency this machine offers. If you are in the market for a washing machine, look no further.
