Better from Chile or Argentina

Meat seems soft a pasty, aroma is very strong.

We love grilling this! And we have a great marinade for it! This is best medium rare.

A great salmon to make fish more like a staple in your weekly menu choices. Always fresh, grills nicely. Air fryer friendly.

Fish was too foul to cook. I wouldn’t even attempt to bring it back. The smell as soon as you opened the vacuum seal was extremely nauseating.

A good substitute when Salmon is not available. The taste is a bit stronger than the salmon but not bad.

Not something I would buy again. Flavor is not good and is very dry. Also slight odor when I opened, like it spoiled.

Best value, taste like Salmon but cost less. Cooks nicely and good moisture and texture.
