I buy to meal prep my lunch for 4 days and one weekend meal. Paired with asparagus, Bella mushrooms, a little onion and green bell pepper sauté (mix up the ingredients) makes a tasty, healthy and filling meal.

First time trying this fish and I threw these bad boys on the smoker with just salt and pepper and it was absolutely delicious. Very fresh and flavorful fish.

I wasn’t paying attention when I purchased this and thought I was buying salmon, but it turned out that it was trout. I fixed it the same way and it was delicious.

This steelhead trout is as fresh as i could hope for. It tasted incredibly close to salmon. Its less expensive than salmon but the same delicious taste at a great price

The trout is excellent quality. I buy a couple packs at a time. I season the trout. I wrap each piece in foil. Then, I put foil packs in a Ziplock freezer bag. I take out to thaw, and it is ready to cook.

I love salmon and this was very flavorful.

This trout fillet was absolutely delicious cooked on the grill with a butter and lemon glaze. Meat was tender and flakey, but you do have to be careful not to overcook it. Price was considerably less than salmon and just as tasty and nutritious. I highly recommend you try it.

The taste of the trout was good, but the skin was the toughest I've encountered. My family loves this as a sashimi soaked in soy sauce, lemon, lime and black pepper. The skin has to be cut off prior to seasoning and serving and it was tough to slice off.

After cooking I put half of the fish in the refrigerator.When I took it out later that day for dinner it smelled very fishy. The half that I froze after cooking was also fishy.
