I like this steel head trout even better than the farm raised salmon. To me, it has more flavor and the price is better.

I would give it 5 stars but it did have some bones in it. But overall I was satisfied with the taste.

I love that it is wild caught.(it's why I buy it instead of the Salmon). It tastes fresh. I grilled it with lemon honey and basil. Really good!

Steelhead is a decent salmon replacement. They taste similar yet steelhead is less expensive. It's a bit more dry so be careful cooking it too long.

I could have given 5. But when I picked it up from the refrigerator at the store, the corner of packaging plastic scratches my palm. The corner was pretty sharp. It shall be improved to be safer.
