This is great, Taste between trout and salmon.I used lemon, dill and rosemary basted with olive oil. Then broiled.

I like this steel head trout even better than the farm raised salmon. To me, it has more flavor and the price is better.

I could have given 5. But when I picked it up from the refrigerator at the store, the corner of packaging plastic scratches my palm. The corner was pretty sharp. It shall be improved to be safer.

We have eaten this fish more than once and like it better than Salmon
