I would give it 5 stars but it did have some bones in it. But overall I was satisfied with the taste.

This fish is very mild & rich in taste. It's less expensive than salmon & better I believe. Give it a try

Steelhead trout is a very great choice for a very lean protein. We grill it using a George Foreman grill, it only takes a few minutes to cook.
