I love that it is wild caught.(it's why I buy it instead of the Salmon). It tastes fresh. I grilled it with lemon honey and basil. Really good!

I would give it 5 stars but it did have some bones in it. But overall I was satisfied with the taste.

This fish is very mild & rich in taste. It's less expensive than salmon & better I believe. Give it a try

Steelhead trout is a very great choice for a very lean protein. We grill it using a George Foreman grill, it only takes a few minutes to cook.

We buy this fish all the time and really like it. This time it was a little fishy - I DON'T like that. Of course, we'll try again.
