love this!

This is the best fish I have tasted in a longtime! I think I might like this better than salmon! Just baked at a high heat (400-425) with the skin up for about 15-mins! Perfect! I’ve become addicted and will have to control myself not to purchase each time I come here. But how things are when you like stuff you turn around and they are out of stock or stop selling it all together...so I need to probably stock up!

Steelhead Trout

It’s the best tasting fish Sam’s club has on the shelf. Sear on both sides in Olive oil, brown some garlic cloves after the sear, cool the oil with some Reunite Lambrusco wine, salt and pepper and yummy. I like mine medium. The mixture of flavors is incredibly delicious to the palate.

Fantastic trout - excellent firmness, taste, and easy to cook. I like it much better than salmon, and doesn't stick up the house as much :). I use the simple method of cooking - put the trout in foil with a bit of pepper and salt, seal it in, bake for 20 min at 350, open and add a bit of sauce mix (yoghurt mixed with dill relish). I reseal and let rest in the oven (off) for another 3 min. Simple, very little mess, and done in about 30 min total!!!
