This is the best fish I have tasted in a longtime! I think I might like this better than salmon! Just baked at a high heat (400-425) with the skin up for about 15-mins! Perfect! I’ve become addicted and will have to control myself not to purchase each time I come here. But how things are when you like stuff you turn around and they are out of stock or stop selling it all together...so I need to probably stock up!

It’s the best tasting fish Sam’s club has on the shelf. Sear on both sides in Olive oil, brown some garlic cloves after the sear, cool the oil with some Reunite Lambrusco wine, salt and pepper and yummy. I like mine medium. The mixture of flavors is incredibly delicious to the palate.

Really prefer this fish to Salmon - I have been buying this for several years. This is one of the fishes that I purchase, and the other is red snapper for fish market. I have never had an issue with the quality of this fish. I live 1 hr from the nearest Sams, so I bring my cooler of ice and place the fish in there, for the drive home. I will certainly continue to buy this very delicious fish from Sams.
