I LOVE THIS TRASHCAN! We are a family of four and the 13 gallon trashcan generally had to be emptied every other day. And, we are a super recycle family! (I wish more products were packaged in recyclable materials, but thats another subject...) this trashcan is bottomless! We have to take it out simply because the trash runs once a week, but it still has room! The sensitivity on the lid is awesome. I love the touchless lid so our five year old twins can throw their trash away without touching the lid. The trash can get pretty heavy because of the amount of garbage it can hold. We double bag and have learned to put food down the disposal because it can get stinky after being at the bottom of the can for a week. It is easy to clean and there is a ring that holds the trash bag in place. No more bags falling into the can! The lid sits perfectly on the ring. The flush surface area makes it easy to clean and disinfect. If you have a large family, this trashcan is for you! Set up in easy. All you need are two D batteries and 30 gallon trash bags! This can WILL NOT HOLD 13 gallon bags.

I bought this sensor-activated trash can because it was bigger than the average competitors. I loved the last 55L one I bought at CostCo, but the lid joint broke after years of use, and it would just flop. So, this Walmart one is bigger and I don't have to change the trash bags as often.

I love everything about this trash can! Love the size and the sensors are dead on. If you need to take longer than the average time (to scrape something in or whatever) as long as you are right above the sensor it stays open until you move. It also has a button you can hit to make it stay open longer. Operates on D batteries which has been lasting quite awhile now. Would highly recommend!

Awesome trashcan holds so much more kitchen trash with fewer changes than the 13 gallon. You never have to touch the can only when changing the trash bags. Also the trash bags are located with the trash cans in Walmart not with regular trash bag section.

I bought this trash can about a week ago. Just wave your hand it opens and seconds later it closes. The only drawback is I have to buy larger trash bags 13 gal bags are way too small, but by the time it's full it's time to empty the other smaller trash cans in the house so the larger bag is perfect.

I'm excited to be able to waive my hand and the lid open but this can it a lot bigger than I was expecting. It's just over 20 gallons which is larger than the average 13 so I had to buy new bags. The 20 gal. ones are still too small bit I have to finagle them to fit.

I bought this trash can because it is more sanitary than other trash cans. My last purchase was a step trash can and the step broke a few years ago so we have been raising it manually. The only disappointment was trying to find bags to fit this size. The simply human X fit but with a little struggle to fit over the edge. Overall this purchase was a good selection for me and my family!

I bought this 6 months ago and I have received so many compliments. My girlfriend liked is so much that she had me purchase her one as well. It's definitely an eye catcher. Also, it's way larger than a traditional trash can (21 gallons). I use 30 gallon bags in it and they do well. They hold alot of trash. I rated this a 4 star verses 5 as 5 would indicate it's perfect. While not a huge deal there is room for improvement. Since it is on a sensor it only stays open for a specified amount of time. If you are putting several things in the trash it will close on you before you finish. It doesn't sense that you are still standing over the trash can. Secondly, it has stalled or hesitated on me twice. It didnt recognize that someone was over it so I kept having to wave my hands over it.

I did not know I needed this trash can in my life ! It fits so much more than my last one. I have a family of 5. I would not recommend for a single person, as it might take quite awhile to fill it, and it might start to smell, but for a household with 3 or more people, it is great. The only reason I gave it four stars, is because I cant find the really nicely scented bags in this size, and I also feel like it could dent easily. For us- we have this trash can in a low traffic corner, so no one is banging into it. Overall I really like it.

It is a very good product, it complies with everything indicated in the description, I have had it for more than a month opening it many times a day and the batteries have been the same as I started with, so it has not been necessary to change them consecutively. That means a lot of savings...
