Horrible Packaging

The new child resistant packaging is horrible and is impossible to open without tools. I can understand making it harder for kids to open but this is much too far.

We are sorry for your experience with the battery packaging, Ethan. Please know the packaging was updated to follow Reese’s Law, mandating all button, coin, and hearing aid batteries – and devices powered by those batteries – be contained in child-resistant packaging. We understand the challenge in first opening the packaging but believe once members become more familiar with how it works the easier it becomes to open.

Next to impoosible to access batteries!

These are next to impossible to get out of packaging! My scissors hardly cuts the plastic they are wrapped in and when you dou get through it the edges are so sharp you cut your fingers. Please put in easier to open packaging!

Packaging terrible

Batteries are fine but the packaging is TERRIBLE! Most of us using hearing aids are “older” and have arthritis in their hands. I have to use scissors to remove & place in something else so I can carry them in my purse.

Former hearing aid specialist

Batteries are good as usual. Packaging is horrible. It’s not only child safe but also adult safe? Next to impossible to get open.

Mrs

The packages are extremely hard to get into. You had some a while back and I thought these were the same, but they're not.

New packaging for 312 hearing aid batteries.

The packaging is difficult to open. It takes a pair of scissors to get the batteries out of the packaging.

Too hard to open

The new child restraint packaging is awful. My hands are not strong enough to cut these with regular scissors.

Easy to remove from pkg!

Great price and easy to remove the batteries from the pkg. I bought Duracell last time and it was impossible to get them out w/o scissors!

difficult to get out of package need scissors

Batteries are ok but packaging is a nightmare! I wanted to take them on a trip and ended up cutting up the entire package to “ free” up the batteries. They only last a half day or so need to have them loose to install easily when needed.
