the tv could be a great tv but each week we discover something new. one week it wont come on today no volume. not at all happy with what we are dealing with no matter the price but to keep haveing thing show up and not able to watch or hear whenever the tv decides. hate it.

Has remote access from your phone, Knows which devises are connected and automatically switches to “game mode” when you switch over to your console, integrates well with amazon Alexa elements and has a sleek and elegant look to it! All in all I'd say it's the best TV on the market in its class

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung 55 inch TV over a year ago and just love it! We use streaming a lot along with regular TV and also gaming. Samsung TV Plus is a real bonus too with over 200 channels for free. Menus are easy to use and like the channel guide to see what's on. Also have a 40 in. Samsung TV for bedroom purchased around same time that is working great too. (In fact, our tablets and cell phones are Samsung too!) Samsung products have been very reliable over the years and will continue to buy Samsung in the future.

I also have my Alexis integrated to enable streaming and showing music which I'm listening to. I've measured for my soon to be addition of the newest Samsung 65" or 70" TV. This Crystal TU7000 60" model was very easy to set up, has terrific resolution, and supports IMDb! The remote control has some convenient quick-access buttons to go directly to Amazon and Netflix. However, the fast-forward, pause, etc., buttons are inconveniently located near the bottom of the control. I would like to have seen this TV come with a swivel base, instead of two fixed feet, but I guess the size prevents that. All-in-all, I am very happy with this TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this TV. I am able to do just about anything with it. It connects to my google home and can be controlled with my voice. I have a hard drive that I store alot of my movies and TV shows on, I can connect it to the USB drive and watch virtually all of my videos, However some mkv files won't work, but I just converted them to Avi and have no issues. The screen is bright and beautiful, sometimes looking at nature programs it feels as if a window is in the front of my room to another dimension. I really love this product and prefer Samsung over anything without a doubt. Thanks for building such an amazing device Samsung!
