I use the Smart TV features alot for streaming, listening to music through my samsung surround system. I have a Samsung Note 8 and the whole family of electronics get along well.

The picture quality is above par to comparable models Well the things I like is a functionality of the smart features, they are user-friendly, easy to use, very intuitive, and provide a lot of functionality. The TV itself sits on a very sturdy base I am never really concerned with it potentially falling over or anything like that. The remote control is is exactly what I need. All in all this is a great TV for the price!

I bought the TV less than 2 years a year of having the TV I started having problem the screen will go black no image just voice i called Samsung to set up an appointment by the time the appointment come the TV start working then I'll called and cancelled a month later I'm having the same problem gave them a call and the told me the warranty is 1 year so there is nothing they can do put all this money to bought the TV and the TV is not working in less than 2 years this is scram i have a friend of mine she has the same problem Just black screen for no reason

I'm wondering on how Samsung can get any further on technology when it comes to smart televisions because this one right here just tops the cake. I wanted them to be ironed out,but I was crazy to wait that long. My picture is bright It changes even if it was change to SD to HD. I love it better than my Sony. I think with this smart TV; I am able to learn how it worked in a short period of time Thank you Samsung for making a great smart TV
