This tv is awesome!!! I know there were some bad reviews...not really sure what the issue those people had...but I ordered mine online and it came earlier than expected and I got a time slot that worked for me....I set it up with my daughter( who is 13) and got it up and working no problem...and since it is a smart tv I am able to access the tv through my phone...the only thing I would recommend, for piece of mind, is to get the extra insurance just in case you have any issues that the other people with bad reviews had...that way you know you are covered...everything about this tv is great...the picture, sound, and look...makes my 32" look tiny!!! I love it!!! Oh and definitely have two people to set this up and if you don't have a table big enough to lay it on while attaching the feet, I would suggest getting a comforter and putting it on the floor while the other person holds the bottom up very carefully

The TV arrived on time. The TV was packaged very well. It was easy to setup and the picture is awesome!!! Its worth buying. However, when we was taking all the clear wrap off my husband noticed one of the corner on the screen looked as if it had a screen protector on it because it was peeled back just a smidge. We looked at all the instructions... there was nothing about it having a screen protector or not so since it was peeling my husband assumed a brand new TV wouldn't have a screen that thin on it so he began to pull it and sure enough it was the screen. Thankfully he stopped before it got too bad but still, there should have been something saying there was no screen protector because when I looked up the cons to this TV more and more people had done the same thing we did. We couldnt return the TV because they dont take them back if you damage the screen and who would believe us if we said it was already peeled back about a half inch before my husband made it the size of a piece of pizza. So to help anyone that may think that small thin layer on the TV is a screen protector IT IS NOT. THAT IS UR SCREEN SO DO NOT PULL IT EVEN IF ITS ALREADY PEELING!!

What stands out most is its long-term durability—there has been zero noticeable degradation in picture quality or general performance over time. The menu interface remains surprisingly responsive. Unlike many entry-level smart TVs that become slow and laggy after a few system updates, this one stays quick and easy to navigate. The software ecosystem keeps up well with new app plugins, and Bluetooth connectivity works smoothly for wireless headphones or sound accessories without dropouts. Audio quality is another strong point. Built-in TV speakers are usually an afterthought, but the sound on this model is clear, well-balanced, and strong enough that you don't feel immediately forced to add a soundbar. While it naturally lacks the peak brightness and premium features of higher-end QLED or OLED panels, it nails all the core fundamentals. I wasn't impressed with the original picture (too bright); however, the TV is incredibly adjustable and I was able to change the picture to what is most comfortable for me. I do like the tizon menu and the samsung tv option for simplicity. The comprehensive setup facilitates easy usage.

The TV takes a while to set up, note the feet are handed from the back of TV. Our TV was delivered damaged, luckily the store had one in stock.

This is an amazing TV with a beautiful picture. Having said that, after a week of enjoying our new TV it stopped working. This is not Sam's club fault, but probably a factory defect. Waiting for repair company to replace circuit board. Purchase at your own risk.

This tv stopped working after three years. It had started responding slowly, then one day it wouldn't turn on. It just keeps blinking on and off. Nothing works.

Waited a couple weeks for delivery, only to receive a malfunctioning television that won't even cycle for set-up. Samsung support says it'll tentatively send out a technician in another week. Definitely didn't expect this much hassle!!!
