I have had this tv for a while now and i am still impressed with it. Easy use of web apps, connect to everything simple. I have bought a 2nd one since.

Excellent picture quality with sharp 4K resolution and vibrant colors. Easy to set up and use, and the smart features work smoothly. Very happy with this TV.

It is best suited for dark or dim environments but falls short in bright rooms, for wide viewing angles, and for hardcore gaming. Has access to TONS of streaming apps and others for a variety of different interests. The aesthetics and ambient background light are great for an eclectic experience watching different shows, series, and movies that allows you to set the mood for your viewing experience. Comes with a wide variety od resolution features and with settings to set security passwords, logins and codes to keep your private information safe.

Waited a couple weeks for delivery, only to receive a malfunctioning television that won't even cycle for set-up. Samsung support says it'll tentatively send out a technician in another week. Definitely didn't expect this much hassle!!!

the screen was always blurry and the tv never connected to the app they make you download. i returned it, along with the samsung soundbar i got as a bundle because the soundbar was always noticeably behind the picture. ended by sony products that i am very happy with.

very good picture, not phenomenal speakers but they're clear. navigation is relatively simple. my only gripe - it turns itself back on!!! and yes, we've checked the remote, the software, blah blah blah. all the things that can be looked up to try, we've tried. wish we could figure out the issue, but other than having to get back up and turn the tv off again, it's a solid set.

I bought this TV in 2020, it worked ok for about 3 years, then got worse and worse and died completely after 6 years use. Initially, the TIZEN UI started getting less responsive to the point that it would take 20-30 seconds from the time I pressed a remote button to the time the tv actually responded. Then, the TV developed a black bar at the bottom, which miraculously went away after leaving it unplugged overnight. Finally, the screen died after 6 years, out of warranty, and it never turned on again. Pretty short life for an electronics device that has no moving parts and sits on a wall untouched all day.

it is extremly hard for me to give 5 stars for anything because everything can be improved on and this 7 series samsung is no different. it is a great tv and setup is fairly easy but i have to agrree with others that the remote needs some improvement. first the instuctions constantly refer to the ok button and there is not an ok button so trial and error places it between the 4 directional arrows. the apps don't function as they should upon the inital setup. there are many features that samsung needs to examin in that area. the set is a great set and the 65” that i got has a really good, not great picture. i do not regret my purchase and other than the remote i'm happy with my purchase.

A great TV for a relatively low price. It does lack a few features and adjustments such as 3.5mm audio output, only an optical audio output and blue tooth speakers connection, somewhat limited preinstalled app, etc. Picture quality is good. TV speakers are adequate for a medium size family room.
