this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that's not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it's very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it's supposed to. i expected more from samsung.

Ability to Stream or mirror instantly with direct link without wifi is no doubtably a top feature. 2nd is without a doubt the remote. Its universal and not just to samsung devices. it controls anything connected to tv. Cant find remote and need to stream the lastest kids asap. No worries Voice activation can help. Cant find the words, thats ok tap your device to side of tv and poof wirless mirroring. Just imagine all the possibilities when the one feature alone does a that!!

I Love being able to link my phone and tv's together and being able to watch what is on my phone on my tv's. The picture quality and sound are the best I have seen. Would not trade them for any other tv out there.

Now I bought this 75 inch TV for my basemento enjoy a movie night with my family. Picute quality has improve a lot. Size is absolute. Free apps are great. Wont hesitate to buy again if my old Samsung TV gives up.

It picked up on my firestick, my new Blu-ray player immediately and I didn't have to put in endless codes to make anything connect. I no longer have cable TV and rely on the internet to watch TV. The TV station guide has many enjoyable stations and even includes weather and news channels. Overall I think this TV was a perfect purchase for me. Not overly expensive and the quality is there. pandora often needs a restart after extended listening, the 'still listening?' button alone doesn't get it. pandora also plays same song twice frequently, which has never happened to me on any other device. had to factory reset after one week because no apps would work, tv just kept jumping back to hdmi input when i tried to run any app. hoping it gets better, the pandora problems are livable, but the factory reset is a terrible nuisance.

The USB port plays a wide variety of video files and even let's you resume from where you left off. Streaming from my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra phone is easy or from my father's IPhone 11 with air play 2. I got samsung premium care which I would highly recomend.
