This is my first 4K TV and I have not been disappointed yet. All the colors and definition are deep and sharp. The detail especially during gaming sessions is particularly amazing. For the foreseeable future, Samsung will be my go to TV product.

The features are great (built in apps, easy setup, etc.) but at the end of the day how a big game looks in HD is what it's all about and this one totally hits the mark. The video games always look magnificent when we play on there and it's got great volume control as well. The features are great and really allow you to change the settings to adjust for your eyes and ears so it really feels like it's made for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children use this TV to play on their X Box Series X & stream videos on YouTube & that's about it. The picture is exceptionally clear & there seem to be no lags with game play, either live game play or otherwise & we don't experience any issues with buffering/ lags with audio & video when streaming or any other problems. The audio is crisp very & loud; it IS in a fairly small room about 12'x18', given the size of the TV, so I'd be interested in comparing it to how it'd sound in our living room that has a cathedral ceiling & is open to both our living & dining rooms & entryway (NO walls). The TV was ridiculously easy to set up, pair to my S20 & register, my 6 yr old prob could've done it. I honestly can't imagine a better TV experience. Hopefully it doesn't have the app limitations that our previous Samsung TV does; we can't utilize as many apps as we'd like to due to a message that tells us there is not enough room on the TV for more apps; odd, because there are less than 10 & I we've also had difficulty removing things (apps) from it. Again, referring to a Samsung flat screen purchased in 2018, not the Crystal UHD TU7000 I'm currently reviewing. I don't see us being another TV anytime soon, but I know when we do, that will be a Samsung as well. Pleased with purchase.

We enjoy the crisp stills and pictures streamed and how much the characters are defined on the screen. We also have Samsung phones and enjoy the ease of use between our phones, the casting apps and Google to watch the shows we like to watch with such ease in capabilities. When we purchased this Samsung TV we realized we could drop the satellite provider because this TV was capable of so much. It has many preloaded apps for streaming. We are in our 60s and we had no trouble setting this up and getting started; just followed the steps provided. We had kids and grandkids giving us suggestions for apps, which was helpful. We thoroughly enjoy the choices we have and the features available. The picture quality is superb, and the sound is great as well. We love the big screen (had a 42 inch before this 65 inch). I would recommend this TV to anyone getting ready to purchase a smart TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our 85 inch Samsung! Love it love it love it!. The picture is great and the menu is so easy to use! Our kids play XBOX on it as well. We bought it as part of remodel to our bonus room and fits the space perfectly. We watch all of our sports teams and have weekly movie night since it's like being at the movie theater. I wish we had room down stairs for another one but getting ready to buy a 75 inch of the same model. Being able to easily switch back and forth between online accounts (Netflix, Prime, etc) and the kids being able to switch to bluetooth headphones is the best. I've recommended this TV to multiple friends who have since gone out and purchased one. I feel like it's my 3rd child :-) - Thanks Samsung!
