slow to connect to apps. disconnects from internet for no reason. freezes during streaming. there also seems to be an issue between this model tv and pandora with constant skipping during songs. this issue has been heavily discussed on pandora's forums. all the issues i mentioned could be related to my internet provider, however, i've had no changes with my provider, so i'm not going to blame them. to me, this is solely related to this television. i usually buy sony but was encouraged by a friend to get a samsung. i should have stayed with what i know. i won't buy samsung again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has a gorgeous picture. Movies, streaming, video games are crisp and vibrant. The remote is the only downfall for me. It is easy to use but I am used to a Firestick remote that has fewer buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before I got this flat screen, I was using a projector. I am so glad I made the change. This television is literally 6ft long so anytime a friend, or family walks into my living room they are blown away by its size. The tv is crystal clear, the sound is fantastic and I am so glad I bought it. Everything in my house is Samsung so I am one proud customer and I love all y Samsung products. Oh, sometimes scrolling through the apps can be a bit confusing because it's not so easy to know what app is being selected, but after a few tries, I figured it out.

saved for 1 year to buy a new tv because we loved the samsung ui but this tv has been riddled with problems, the biggest one: the remote. old tv had a remote w/ clean & simple design (the play/pause button were the same, less buttons, the volume button clicked up & down but if you pressed the middle it muted). fantastic. new ‘universal' remote has a 1000 buttons & 90% of the time they don't work. we power the tv on & it blasts sound at us, we click vol -, the sound will not budge. also when trying to press home we'll click either the netflix or prime video short cuts on either side of home & it'll take 5 minutes to exit out & get to the app we want to use, hulu. which does not have a shortcut on the remote w/ 1000 buttons. tons of other issues as well. wish we'd gotten a roku tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it I use my PlayStation 5 on it it works perfectly I love that when I turn on my TV my game turn on I love playing the game I can see the color of the brightness the graphics is amazing and when I sleep I just tell my phone to turn it off and it turn off the TV in the game I love it

The picture is great (especially the game mode) and the thin bezel gives it a luxury look that suggests it costs much more than it does. The caveats come with the TV software itself, it's can be pretty laggy, from scrolling through apps, to selecting letters when typing, the software lags and struggles to catch up at times. A Bluetooth mouse helps with letter input but the lag everywhere else can't be helped through any means available to the user.The TV also only has 2 HDMI ports which can be an issue if you use a lot of peripherals such as a gaming console, streaming box such as Apple TV or Roku, and a cable box.Other than these 2 issues, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better TV, in this size, at this price point!

Samsung does a pretty good job with their menus explaining what things do but itll take a couple hours of reading to get a understanding of this tvs many different features

Have had this for two weeks. It's nice and picture is good. One issue. There's only two HDMI ports on back. Can hook up sound system and one other device but that's it. Also having issues with soundtrack not matching video. Doesn't matter if it's TV, blue ray it streaming... Just happens off and on all the time. Kind of annoying.
