[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has always been my choice in television. I have had other brands like Sony or Phillps. Samsung has an excellent picture, though I still feel it struggles with blacks or darker scenes. My television has an ambient light feature to adjust but does not help much with darker scenes. I own a few Samsungs, and I am satisfied with them, but they all struggle with sound. I have an old CRT television, and I can say I get better sound out of that. I have adjusted the sound settings, which there are not many, but to no avail. It seems that most modern televisions want you to but a soundbar or external speakers to get the best or even proper sound, instead of having a good sound to start. The television is used with Cable, Blu-Ray, and streaming services, but the voice and lighter/quieter sounds are never crisp or clear. I have to turn the captions on when I watch to make sure I did not miss anything. Even worse when there is an accent or language outside of English. Fundamentally, the picture is good but sound bad.

Also love the Samsung TV option with all the free channels. As I do not pay for cable, I have internet only. So these free channels were a bonus in top of all the smart hub apps. I never get a different brand TV again. SAMSUNG FOR LIFE!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our tv died at the beginning of the pandemic, replacement choices were limited because people were using their stimulus checks to buy electronics. We never had Samsung before, but it's been a great purchase. I wish we'd been able to find a larger screen, but the picture clarity and color are much clearer and more realistic than our previous set, the sound is clear. We use it primarily to stream sports - mostly soccer - diy shows, and of course news. Based on this positive experience, we wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Samsung item in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to up grade from a 55 Samsung LED TV so when I started to research 65 in Samsung TV's. I found this model. I has everything I wanted at the price range I could afford. The crystal UHD 4K resolution screen pops with color and clarity. Xbox one games look fantastic. The smart TV functions work great and the amount of apps available have used my viewing pleasure. The universal smart remote easily works all my peripherals as well. I would highly recommend this TV.

The sound quality is good also unlike a previous TV that I had where you had to turn the sound up high during a show/program but quickly turn it down when the commercials came on. It was quick to set up as well. The one thing that could be a little better is the remote. It doesn't light up and is difficult to see at night.

Our viewing distance is about 15ft which is greater than recommended but the experience is still very good. The only issue is from time to time we do see some wavering at the edges when the picture doesn't use full screen. Overall, we are very pleased and are planning to buy a second set for another room.

Samsung includes its own TV channels for free. Easy to load Apps and include other channels. Very intuitive to figure out how to navigate and select features. Color is great and picture is super-clear! Peripherals are easy to setup and attach. Sound is great and when I run it through my sound system it is greatly enhanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has awesome resolution, the smart hub is pretty easy to use but after installing several apps and 3 months of use I needed to reset to factory defaults, apps were very slow but after the reset everything is smooth again. Overall still is a great tv for the price.

Ability to Stream or mirror instantly with direct link without wifi is no doubtably a top feature. 2nd is without a doubt the remote. Its universal and not just to samsung devices. it controls anything connected to tv. Cant find remote and need to stream the lastest kids asap. No worries Voice activation can help. Cant find the words, thats ok tap your device to side of tv and poof wirless mirroring. Just imagine all the possibilities when the one feature alone does a that!!
