Me and my family also like the smart features in the TV and connecting it to our other Samsung devices. I personally love the picture on the TV. It makes me feel like I'm at a movie theater. i have had this tv for about 20 days and almost everyday i have had an issue with it. i have had to reset to factory settings at least 5 times since buying. i have had issues connecting to my wifi, even though there have been no issues with any of my other devices connecting. as soon as i turn the tv on, everything freezes and i have to turn it off and on about 5 times before it works. sometimes it won't turn on at all. i had my sound not work so i had to reset it. overall complete waste of money. when the tv does work, it is a nice image.

Purchased on 05/09/2020 from big box electronics store, died on 05/28/2020. Black screen of death. Power light comes on and off but nothing but black screen. Tried to return, but told return window was only 14 days at that time. Still have unit, hoping one day I'll get something done, either repaired or replaced. No I would not trust this tv or recommend to anyone. Maybe the big blue electronics store with yellow tag operates in dog years. 14 days actually equals 30?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has impressed me yet again! I have always wanted a TV but didn't ever want to fork over the money for a good one. After classes turned to virtual learning I decided to get a Nice TV. After many hours of searching I decided on this one. The color is very crisp with lots of options to adjust it, the frame rate is fast. All of the apps paired with the TV work flawlessly. I love the borderless screen and the size is just perfect for a medium size bedroom. Another neat feature is game mode, it automatically recognizes my PS4 and flips the picture into game mode at I believe 120hz. The last thing I love is you can choose custom Sound and color settings for each input. Good job Samsung, this will be my go to TV brand from now on!

Also, all the app integration in the menu is simple to use, and works flawlessly. It has been easy for all my family members to access the streaming services.

picture is good but sound controls, menus, pre loaded apps and remote are garbage. you either use tv speakers a digital connection that requires constant clicking on the volume or a bt connection you have to re connect each time you turn it on. remote is poorly laid out and menus are cumbersome. needs a software update to change these controls and sound function.

It has changed the way I interact with programming and the numerous ways available to be entertained via the numerous streaming apps that I never had before. have had the tv for two weeks. we love it! clear picture and no lag at all while using apps. the only downfall is the legs that act as the stand. the tv is very shaky if you touch it. for a tv this size i would like to see a biiger stand located in the center of the tv. overall great tv.

The good news that overpowers it was that the TV had Samsung TV plus which is good to replace cable almost replace it. The thing I wanted most on the TV was a voice controller so I don't have to type ever again.
