I bought this TV over a month ago and generally speaking I am pleased with it. I have never owned a Smart TV and it took longer than I thought it would to set it up and getting it working with my Cable Provider. After I finally got it straight and was enjoying the TV, about two weeks later several strange things happened and the TV stopped working except for running old TV series. It kept bouncing back to some blank screen except for an icon in the upper left hand corner. Tried to unplug from the converter, that did not work. Tried unplugging the TV that did not work. Wanted to reset it back to Factory settings but that did not work. So I left the TV alone for two days and when I went back to it voilà it was back. Has not happened since but if it does I still do it know how to correct the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent picture quality, very satisfied. Used mostly for movies. Only one complaint , it doesn't have any composite video inputs. I have an older Samsung DVD player that is not being used, otherwise it is a product I will recommend.

I am frustrated with this brand and model. Terrible software, constantly lags and I have to wait for the remote command for 5 seconds every time, screen share is awful and cannot even connect to the laptop that is right next to it and both are also near the wifi modem. I do not recommend this model regardless of size.

Very thin and lightweight, makes moving it or wall mounting it easy to do. Very easy to use. Great for streaming videos or using it with your mobile device (Smart View). Also great for gaming with the "game-mode" Overall satisfied with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this TV. So thankful that we got selected to purchase this TV at a discounted price, test it and ultimately keep it. We were so ready for an update to a flat screen TV vs a tube TV, and so much lighter to move. The one thing I can really say WOW about is the picture quality of the Samsung. It's so crisp and bright. There is no lag in the picture. No matter what type of lighting in the house, you always get good sharp images. The sound is great. You barely need to put up the volume to get sounds like being in the movies...bass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace a smart tv I only had for 1 1/2 years. I have never owned a Samsung TV. The setup was easy and didn't take long. It comes with preloaded apps which is nice. Unfortunately I couldn't download BeachBody or Les Mills. That's a bit frustrating but I did buy an Apple TV device. I'm not sure this TV is user friendly but it has a good picture. So far I've not had any issues with it. I'm still baffled why my prior Smart TV didn't even last 2 yrs. So hopefully this one lasts longer.

We needed a new TV for our bedroom and since we have always had a great experience with Samsung decided to upgrade our old TV with a new 43" Samsung Crystal UHD. The picture is fantastic. Its bright and the colors are bold. The clarity and sharpness are superb. We are extremely satisfied with our new Samsung TV. We highly recommend Samsung TV's to anyone who needs a new TV.

The thin bezels on every side makes it look almost like a window, beautiful on my wall, and unlike most smart tv's, it's incredibly responsive to inputs, and it offers a beautiful UI. The picture quality is the best I've ever seen before on a tv that isn't absurdly expensive! Everything feels so smooth, and in a few years I'll gladly upgrade to another Samsung TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has a fairly crisp image, but lacks some nits(brightness), only 60hz regardless whether Samsung uses their(because Samsung is the only company who does list the specs making it not only confusing for the general consumer, but it is also untrue. I'd recommend either a top tier QLED or the competition's OLED lineup instead of this tv.
