[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one Samsung TV several years ago,loved the pic on screen. I now have a Samsung Chrystal in living room(70 inch) and one in each bedroom,all different sizes,and the picture in awesome on each one. The options in settings allow for each user to adjust about everything imaginable to their liking. The Chrystal converts all pictures to UHD which is a big selling point to me. Samsung products...tv,phone computers are top of the line,reasonably priced and overall easy to use...never dismiss SAMSUNG!!!!

The TV is great. I love it. My only little negative is the remote. I wish It came with a voice activated remote. I get the whole connecting an Alexa, and I probably will eventually. But the fact I have to do that. The remote I can talk to would make things so much easier. It just makes searching smoother and faster. Instead of pressing a bunch of buttons to get to an app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to watch kid movies with my two daughters. We all three are amazed at the quality of picture this t.v has to offer. Almost as if we're apart of the movie. It definitely makes watching t.v a totally different experience. My kids get so excited when it's movie time. It's something that's easy to get lost in. Definitely 100% recommend trying it for yourself!

Color and view is incredible. The wireless connectivity is where this TV severely lacks. I have 3 Onn brand TVs in my house and they have 0 issues but this Samsung TV is a constant battle to keep it connected to any app. Severely disappointed considering the price and brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this product. The video quality is amazing, and looks even better in game mode! I love the the sensory lighting adjustments. Makes it so you get perfect picture. The user interface is easy to navigate. Only thing that is lacking for me is the sound when watching tv comes through low so volume has to be at a higher setting, but a sound bar would be an easy fix. In game mode sound quality come through louder and allows for the player to get a decent gaming experience. Would definitely recommend this product. Great value for your money. Very easy setup.

The apps are harder to find than on other tv's I've had and the remote is bunched with many buttons that I feel are unnecessary in this day and age. Overall a good buy though.

We (my wife and I) love this TV so much that we put it in our bedroom, in front of our bed so we can watch our movies, TV shows and play video games. The sound and image quality is sensational. It's simple to assemble. I recommend everyone to buy this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was shopping for specific size to replace previous Sony Bravia unit which originally cost 7 times as much as this Samsung. This unit weighs one third as much, has higher resolution and many more features being a Smart TV with streaming. My son has a new Sony of similar size and was very disappointed with the sound and had to add a soundbar but I have to say this Samsung has excellent sound at all levels. I don't think it can be beaten by others at much greater price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just so so. The sound is not great and unlike other Samsung Smart TVs this one is very limiting when it comes to loading apps. The reaction time is slow. Picture is okay but better on prior models.

we are very pleased with our samsung products. our main complant is the remote control. unlike the remote for our q60 series, this remote is bad beyond words. the location of the buttons used most are are too low on the remote to find or use with one hand. again, let me stress that the q60 series remote is perfect. the 7 series remote looks and feels like a remote from 1985. i'd like to throw it back to 1985. hopefully the ordered universal remote contol will work. the only other issue with the tu7000 is trying to find the perfect display settings to get the contrast just right. out of the box, the blacks seem to be crushed a little too much. however not that big of a deal. the colors are fantasic. sound is good. and as of december 2021 the price is excellent.
