All the apps for our streaming services were installed OR available in the Samsung store for free. We upgraded from a 40 inch class Samsung 1080p and the difference in clarity was very evident even on non 4k streams.

I really appreciate the controller with the easy access buttons to some of our favorite streaming services. We don't need to utilize the any of the ports to watch shows, movies or games, we love that. I wanted them to have a quality tv for their first Samsung. My wife bought the 65" Crystal 7000 as a replacement for the 55". I would like to have had the new QLED but because of the price and due to the pandemic, I couldn't afford it at this time. Hopefully that will be my next Samsung as we won't buy any other brand.

I restored to factory and have t had the issue again. I have had it for a couple months now and am definitely sticking with Samsung.

While I have had it over a month, I am still frequently surprised and impressed with the video quality each and every time I turn the unit on (and this was by no means my first Samsung TV purchase, as I have only purchased their TVs for the last decade and while I have always been impressed, this goes beyond the usual. It seems almost as good as the QLED). I was extremely pleased to see how many features were contained in this television, especially with regards to the number of apps it has on its platform. I'm actually about to get a second larger unit for my workout room and would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Love the features, quick access to all my favorite streaming apps. “Screen Mirror” function has a quick, efficient, and beautiful picture. No lag. I especially enjoy the “Game Mode”. It's very immersive plus the Samsung soundbar I got as well keeps me excited for every game. Very easy to set up with other Samsung products to enhance your viewing and gaming experience. All the experience of a movie theater with the comfort of your own home.

Nice crisp sound software update that downloads auto so u don't have too. Best tv I've had in the last 20 yrs of buying. I'm also thinking about upgrading to a newer Samsung model 75 just to see Samsung can out do themselves lol…. They are their only competitors. They out do them self they stand alone in the television world.
