[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has a very thin border that the screen is inside of..very impressive. The different colors setting look amazing. Fast smart tv apps...netflix loads faster on my Samsung CRYSTAL UHD compared to my smart phone. Very impressive. If you get a UHD Samsung make sure you upgrade to get 4k movies on your favorite movie apps you will not regret it.

we are very pleased with our samsung products. our main complant is the remote control. unlike the remote for our q60 series, this remote is bad beyond words. the location of the buttons used most are are too low on the remote to find or use with one hand. again, let me stress that the q60 series remote is perfect. the 7 series remote looks and feels like a remote from 1985. i'd like to throw it back to 1985. hopefully the ordered universal remote contol will work. the only other issue with the tu7000 is trying to find the perfect display settings to get the contrast just right. out of the box, the blacks seem to be crushed a little too much. however not that big of a deal. the colors are fantasic. sound is good. and as of december 2021 the price is excellent.

The Samsung TV Plus channels are great. The picture quality is exactly as advertised. If 30 years ago I was told this is what TV would evolve into I wouldn't have believed that it would happen in my lifetime.

i purchased this tv specifically to connect to a laptop computer via hdmi. i have been using it for only about two weeks and have spent hours troubleshooting the hdmi connection. i foolishly passed up another tv brand for samsung because i thought i was getting a higher quality product. if the tv wasn't so difficult to box up and return to the store, i would have returned it within hours of purchasing the tv. since samsung obviously knows that the software is bad, i cannot believe they kept selling this model. i will never purchase another samsung product after this experience.

I have only had a couple of issues such as the sound all of a sudden not working (disconnected and reconnected the HDMI cable); and, if I disable the wifi to the tv from my Xfinity app, I have to sign back in to the Samsung account (once I figured it out, it wasn't really an issue). The tv wasn't bright enough but my husband adjusted a feature which made it better. Overall, we are extremely happy with this Smart TV and all of it's features, picture and sound, especially at the low price point. I would recommend to anyone.

I love this tv so much that I plan to honestly replace all my TV's in the house with these TV's. I now have this tv in my master bedroom because I just love the picture and the sound and everything about it. You cannot go wrong with tv at all especially for the price. It's not expensive at all! This tv is worth more than what they sell it for. I highly recommend this tv for anything! The color is bright and amazing. The slimness of the tv is perfect and it's very light. The sound of the tv sounds as if you almost have surround sound system it's great! Wide range of picture options. Lots of ways to customize the tv. The remote is compact. It is a true 4K tv and works amazing for any 4K system you have. I'm super happy with this TV and would recommend it to anybody and everybody I should have purchased 3-4 more for the house at the time I purchased this one. I actually went back to purchase a few more but they had sold out when I got there. Amazing tv!

The ease of using a TV is evolving. May not be the best display offered by Samsung, but the picture is great! All in all, I'm happy with my purchase!

Sound quality is just like a sound bar. I actually got rid of my sound bar due to how good the regular speakers sound. The quality of picture is crystal clear just like the box says. Just perfect! The ports in the back are just enough. I have my ps4 hooked up and I can still plug in another device. And it being Samsung. If u have a galaxy phone or Samsung type then this tv is a must! I highly recommend this tv to family's and places where u wanta have amazing movie nights!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV for our bedroom use, with a fantastic bright picture. Could use more smart TV wireless internet pre-programmed connections. Disappointed with the reception using our HD Digital Antenna since cancelling our cable service with COX due to outrageous charges (inconsistent picture reception at times, with basic channels either not able to view or reception going in and out)... may need a booster. Also, TV does not have ANY manual controls on the television itself, like on/off button, programing, etc. , as you must rely strictly on the remote control device only.
