Resolution is great. I found a couple of major flaws: 1. When I turn on the TV in the morning. The volume setting is set at whatever it was left the night before and the TV starts showing Samsung TV right away at that volume setting. By the time I react and turn it down, the whole house has been woken up. Should go into choices for the TV program I want to watch so I can set it up, including volume levels, etc. before it starts showing anything. 2. NO NBA app!!!! Are you kidding me? I had to go to the store and buy a Roku stick to be able to watch the NBA, which is the only sport I watch.

The picture clarity is really good for the price. We liked Samsung so much, we ended up buying a flat screen for our travel trailer, as well because of picture quality and weight.

i really like this tv. it came well packaged, was easy to setup with another persons help, and the integrated smart technology is excellent. it easily replaced three other remote controls in my home with no hassle at all. the picture is amazing and well worth the low price i paid for it

My other tv was a different/ cheaper brand but it says not to say other brands in this so I won't but I'll probably not buy another Samsung tv in the future, I like Samsung products but this one was a bit of a letdown

the 43inch crystal tv i purchased is working well so far but the remote that came with it is really difficult to use and i could not find any instructions for it either in the tv user manual or online. it has many tiny buttons with no explanation of their function. also i miss the swivel base that was an important feature of the samsung tv that i had to replace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 4K tv shows amazing. The volume is more than sufficient. The wifi works flawlessly. Gaming on this is a great experience. The only issue i find annoying is how slow the menu loads, for example, when I am changing the brightness it lags to get to the different options and there is no exit button that will take menu off the screen, instead it exits from whatever streaming service I'm using. If this nuance issue is fixed this would be a 10/10 set.

i have always enjoyed all samsung tv just bought this tv tu 7000, i only use it to play video game not much and one day i tried turning it on. the tv wouldnt turn back on very disappointed as i have always been a samsung fanatic it has slightly crushed me. i tried getting my tv fix, i did not care if i would pay for the service but than at again to fix a tv it felt like we where doing a disservice to them. i wish i would be able to be helped better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were very excited to get the new Samsung smart tv! The picture is so bright you can watch it in the afternoon with the the shades open! But as time went by we discovered the sound is not smart. The sound gets loud during a movie, changing channels, ads, I have to hold the remote to control the sound. It also has a problem with a streaming channel, it comes in but won't show any free movies, I called the channel to ask them why don't I get free movies? They replied that Samsung was to blame, no free movies on that channel. Ok , I do get a local channel, but I still have to hold the remote to control the sound. The conclusion for this review is that I would love to return the Samsung and get a new Samsung to see if this one is just a lemon. The picture is beautiful.
